【摘要】 目的 观察膦甲酸钠联合微波治疗扁平疣的临床疗效及其对血清脂质过氧化物（LPO）和血清细胞因子的影响。方法 108例顽固性扁平疣患者随机分为对照组和观察组， 各54例。对照组采用微波治疗， 观察组采用膦甲酸钠联合微波治疗。比较两组的疗效、复发率及治疗后白细胞介素（IL）、干扰素γ（IFN-γ）和LPO水平。结果 观察组有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）， 复发率低于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后观察组IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、IL-10、IFN-γ、LPO水平优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 膦甲酸钠联合微波治疗扁平疣临床疗效好， 复发率低， 并能显著改善患者血清IL、IFN-γ及LPO水平， 平衡血清Th1/Th2细胞因子。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe clinical effect by foscarnet sodium combined with microwave in the treatment of flat wart， and its influence on serum lipid peroxide （LPO） and cytokines. Methods A total of 108 intractable flat wart patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 54 cases in each group. The control group received microwave for treatment， and the observation group received foscarnet sodium combined with microwave. Comparison was made on curative effect， recurrence rate， interleukin （IL）， interferon-γ （IFN-γ） and LPO levels after treatment between the two groups. Results The observation group had higher effective rate （P<0.05） and lower recurrence rate than the control group （P<0.05）. After treatment， the observation group had all better IL-2， IL-4， IL-6， IL-10， IFN-γ and LPO levels than the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion Combination of foscarnet sodium and microwave provides precisely clinical effect and low recurrence rate in treating flat wart， and it can remarkably improve serum IL， IFN-γ and LPO levels， and balance Th1/Th2 cytokines in patients.

扁平疣是由人类乳头瘤病毒感染引起的皮肤良性增生物。是皮肤科常见和多发性疾病， 多见于青少年， 好发于面部、手背、前臂等处， 有一定传染性。顽固性、复发性扁平疣尤其发生于面部的严重损害了患者面容面貌。本文选取本院收治的108例顽固性扁平疣患者进行研究， 现报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1. 1 一般资料 选取本院2013年3月～2015年5月收治的108例顽固性扁平疣患者， 男64例， 女44例， 年龄16～42岁，

平均年龄（26.5±5.8）岁， 病程3个月～8年， 平均病程（2.7±

0.4）年。患者均有治疗史。108例患者均根据临床典型皮损体征或组织病理符合扁平疣临床诊断标准。随机分为对照组和观察组， 各54例。

1. 2 治疗方法 对照组患者采取微波疗法， 常规消毒局部皮肤， 治疗前用复方利多卡因乳膏（北京清华紫光制药厂）， 每克含丙胺卡因25 mg及利多卡因25 mg， 均匀涂抹扁平疣体及其基底部位， 然后进行薄膜封包， 用量1.5～2.0 g/10 cm2， 10～20 min。选取正大牌WB-100微波多功能治疗仪， 输出功率40～60 W， 对病灶进行点灼治疗， 逐个凝固皮损， 待变白的凝固面完全覆盖病损边缘0.5～1.0 mm最佳， 然后创面运用红霉素软膏1次/d， 连用3 d， 避免日晒和接触水。……
