综合护理干预对冠心病心绞痛患者临床治疗效果的影响

【摘要】目的 研究综合护理干预对冠心病心绞痛患者临床治疗效果的影响。方法 选择2014年1月～2015年1月来我院治疗冠心病心绞痛的患者96例，随机将其分成对照组和护理组，每组48例。对照组患者行常规护理，护理组患者在此基础上行综合护理，观察两组患者护理疗效。结果 护理组患者在疗效、住院时间、心绞痛发作率方面与对照组相比，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论 对冠心病心绞痛患者采用综合护理干预能有效的提高疗效，缩短住院时间、降低心绞痛发作率。

Objective To research the clinical therapeutic effects of angina pectoris by comprehensive nursing intervention． Methods We selected 96 cases of patients with the angina pectoris at our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015． They were randomly divided into the control group and the nursing groups，each group was 48 cases． The control group was given the routine nursing． The nursing group was given the comprehensive nursing based on the routine nursing，nursing efficacy of this two groups were compared． Results The comparison of curative effect，hospital stays and the incidence of angina of the nursing group with the control group． Differences were statistically significant（P＜0．05）． Conclusion The therapeutic effect can be significantly improved of angina pectoris by comprehensive nursing intervention． That is able to decrease the incidence the hospital stays and reduce the incidence of angina．

冠心病是临床常见疾病之一，心绞痛是冠心病常见的一种类型，发病机制主要是由于冠状动脉粥样硬化导致管腔狭窄及冠状动脉痉挛引起的心肌缺血，对患者的生活造成严重影响［1］。目前临床治疗冠心病心绞痛的方法较多，取得的效果并不明显。有研究报告显示，对症治疗的同时配合综合护理干预，能有效的提高疗效，改善患者生活水平［2］。为证明综合护理在冠心病心绞痛中的临床应用价值，本研究对来我院治疗冠心病心绞痛的患者实施综合护理干预，观察其取得的效果，如下报告。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选择2014年1月～2015年1月来我院治疗冠心病心绞痛的患者96例，随机将其分成对照组和护理组，每组48例。对照组中男27例，女21例；年龄42～84岁，平均年龄（58.4±9.4）岁。护理组中男28例，女20例；年龄41～86岁，平均年龄（59.3±10.1）岁。……
