心理护理有效改善社区老年高血压患者心理健康的效果评价

【摘要】目的 研究心理护理对于社区老年高血压患者心理健康的改善结果。方法 在社区服务站内随机选取自愿参加本次试验的老年高血压患者67例，分为2组，对照组采取常规护理，观察组加以心理护理，对比相关指标数据差异。结果 治疗前后两组患者的血压均有改善，P ＜0．05；治疗后观察组血压、心理健康评分远优于对照组，P＜0．05。结论 心理护理对于社区高血压患者心理健康具有疗效，且可以提高老年高血压患者的临床治疗效果。

Objective To study the mental nursing for elderly patients with hypertension in community mental health improvement results． Methods In the community service station randomly selected volunteered to participate in this test in elderly patients with hypertension in 67 cases，divided into two groups，the routine nursing care was taken in control group，the observation group psychological nursing，comparison of relevant indicators data difference．Results Before and after treatment in the two groups of patients with blood pressure were improved，P＜0．05． After treatment，the observation group，the blood pressure，mental health score far better than the control group，P＜0．05． Conclusion Psychological nursing for patients with hypertension in community mental health has remarkable curative effect and can improve the elderly patients with hypertension，the clinical therapeutic effect．

高血压是一种复杂的老年身心疾病，随着生活水平的提高和社会的进步，社区老年人的高血压发病率逐渐增多，目前已居于社区慢性病发生的首位，对社区老年人的生活产生了重大影响［1］。老年人高血压较为复杂，外界影响因素较多，该病持续时间长，心理生活社会等各方面因素均会对其造成影响，因此很多老年高血压患者存在或多或少的心理健康问题，抑郁焦虑等情绪严重妨碍了临床的治疗［2］。传统治疗方法采取单纯的药物治疗，虽然效果明显但停药后易反复，需患者长期服药，容易使患者产生负面情绪［3］。目前心理护理的加入很好的缓解了患者消极情绪的产生，临床效果明显。本实验探讨分析了心理护理对于社区老年高血压患者心理健康的改善效果，具体结果如下所示。……
