心脏介入手术治疗冠心病患者围术期护理分析

【摘要】目的 针对冠心病患者行心脏介入手术后的围术期护理措施进行总结归纳。方法 抽取我院于2014年9月～2015年7月收治的48例冠心病患者作为研究对象，并随机划分为观察组和对照组，两组各24例。所有患者均选择介入手术治疗，其中对照组给予常规护理措施，观察组给予围术期综合护理干预。以此对比两组患者的护理满意度。结果 经护理，观察组患者护理满意度（95．8%）高于对照组（75%），组间数据差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论 对心脏介入手术治疗冠心病患者在围术期实施强化综合护理干预，可有效的给患者带来良好体验，提升患者满意度，营造良好护患关系。

Objective Coronary heart disease patients after cardiac interventional procedures peri-operative nursing care of summarizing． Methods Extraction of 48 patients admitted to hospital in September 2014 to July 2015 as the object of study in patients with coronary heart disease and randomly divided into study group and control group，two groups of 24 cases． All patients had opted for the Interventional treatment control group received routine nursing care，perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention in the observation group were given．Compared with two groups of patients' satisfaction with nursing care． Results Care，observe patients' satisfaction with nursing care（95．8%）was significantly higher than the control group（75%），significant differences in the data between the groups（P＜0．05），there were significant． Conclusion Cardiac intervention operation on coronary heart disease patients in the peri-operative implementation of the strengthening of comprehensive nursing intervention，patients can effectively bring good experience to enhance patient satisfaction，build good nurse-patient relationship．

目前治疗冠心病的方式主要还是介入治疗，该治疗方法无痛苦、创伤小，并且操作起来非常简便［1］。在临床治疗当中获得了较为广泛的应用，据相关临床研究表明，介入术治疗冠心病的效果和围术期护理的质量之间存在较为密切的联系［2］。为此，文章抽取我院于2014年9月～2015年7月收治的48例冠心病患者作为研究对象，现将报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

本组抽取我院于2014年9月～2015年7月收治的48例冠心病患者作为研究对象，并随机划分为观察组和对照组，两组各24例。对照组中，男患者13例，女患者11例，年龄45 ～78岁，平均年龄为（58.2±4.5）岁。观察组中，男患者14例，女患者10例，年龄44～77岁，平均年龄为（57.8±4.3）岁。两组患者一般资料对比差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），具有可比性。……
