摘 要 目的：探讨基于信息网络平台对代谢综合征患者实施健康管理的效果。方法：依据中华医学会糖尿病分会诊断标准，2015年10月—2016年3月在社区代谢综合征管理库中随机抽取55例糖尿病患者为干预组，55例糖尿病患者为对照组。依托信息化平台，社区卫生服务中心制定预期目标，开展代谢综合征患者的健康管理，加强研究对象的自我监测，社区服务站定期随访空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素。半年后观察对比干预组和对照组的胰岛素抵抗（HOMA-IR）值，并进行评估。结果：利用信息网络平台，干预组的胰岛素敏感性改善，通过HOMA-IR对比评估，干预组显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：以信息网络为平台的代谢综合征患者健康管理，可取得满意的效果。

HOMA-IR evaluation of the health management of metabolic syndrome based on the information network platform

ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the effect of health management in patients with metabolic syndrome based on information network platform. Methods： According to the diagnostic criteria of diabetes branch of Chinese Medical Association， 55 cases of diabetes were randomly selected from the management bank of metabolic syndrome in community as an intervention group and 55 cases as a control group from October 2015 to March 2016. Relying on the information platform， the community health service center developed the desired objectives， carried out health management of patients with metabolic syndrome， and strengthened the self monitoring of the research object. The health stations followed up fasting blood glucose and fasting insulin. After half a year， insulin resistance（HOMA-IR）between the intervention group and the control group were compared and the values were assessed. Results： Utilyzation of the information network platform， insulin sensitivity in the intervention group was improved， Through HOMA-IR comparison and assessment， the value of the intervention group was significantly better than that of the control group， the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion： The health management of the metabolic syndrome patients based on the information network platform can achieve the satisfactory results.

代谢综合征（MS）是多种代谢成分异常聚集的病理状态，是一组复杂的代谢紊乱症候群，是导致糖尿病、心脑血管疾病的危险因素，其急性发生可能与胰岛素抵抗有关[1]。胰岛素抵抗是目前医务工作者关注的热点问题，主要是机体对胰岛素的生理功能敏感性和反应性降低，组织细胞对胰岛素介导的葡萄糖利用性下降[2]。目前，凌云社区卫生服务中心基于现有的以健康档案为基础的信息网络平台，开发了代谢综合征（MS）信息化管理模块（目前仅凌云社区卫生服务中心开发），利用平台提醒功能，家庭医生可定期复查患者血糖、空腹胰岛素等，对其开展针对性干预指导及健康教育，提升对代谢综合征患者健康管理有效性、可及性。……
