护理干预在高血压性鼻出血患者中的应用

【摘要】目的 探讨综合护理干预在高血压性鼻出血治疗中的应用效果。方法 选择2014年1月～2015年10月我院收治的高血压性鼻出血患者140例，随机分为观察组和对照组各70例。对照组给予鼻出血常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上给予护理干预。比较两组临床疗效、眩晕程度、血压控制情况以及满意度。结果 观察组临床有效率为95．7%，高于对照组的78．6%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。观察组NRS评分、收缩压及舒张压均低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。观察组满意度为97．1%，高于对照组的72．9%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论 对高血压性鼻出血患者实施护理干预措施，能够提高治疗效果，减轻患者痛苦和控制血压水平，提高患者的满意度，进而促进临床康复。

Objective To investigate the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of hypertensive epistaxis． Methods 140 patients with hypertensive epistaxis were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 70 cases in each group． The control group was given routine nursing，and the observation group was given nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing care． The clinical curative effect，the degree of vertigo，blood pressure control and satisfaction between the two groups were compared． Results The clinical effective rate of observation group was 95．7%，it was significantly higher than that of the control group（78．6%），the difference was statistically significant（P＜0．05）． The NRS score of the observation group，contraction blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were significantly lower than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P＜0．05）． The satisfaction of the observation group was 97．1%， it was significantly higher than that of the control group （72．9%），the difference was statistically significant（P＜0．05）． Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the treatment effect，reduce the pain of patients and control the blood pressure，improve the patient's satisfaction，and to promote the clinical rehabilitation．

鼻出血是临床常见疾病，多由于外伤、局部炎症、鼻中隔病变以及肿瘤等局部疾病以及心血管病、血液病、营养障碍以及中毒等全身性疾病所导致［1］。其中高血压是临床常见的引起鼻出血的原因，多见于中老年患者，约占中老年鼻出血患者的40%～60%。高血压性鼻出血病情急、出血量多、比较凶猛、常反复发作、止血较为困难、并发症较多，如果救治不及时可以导致出血性休克的发生，危及患者的生命。笔者于2014年1月～2015年10月对70例高血压性鼻出血患者实施了综合护理干预措施，取得的效果满意，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料
