[摘要] 目的 探讨自拟皮炎颗粒联合氟芬钠酸丁酯软膏治疗口周皮炎的临床效果。 方法 选取2015年4～12月在本院诊治的76例口周皮炎患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，各38例。观察组给予自拟皮炎颗粒联合氟芬那酸丁酯软膏治疗，对照组给予复方甘草酸苷胶囊联合复方维生素E乳膏治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组的总有效率为84.2%，显著高于对照组的57.9%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组的不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。 结论 自拟皮炎颗粒联合氟芬钠酸丁酯软膏治疗口周皮炎效果显著。

Effect observation of self-made dermatitis particle combined with butyl flufenamate ointment in the treatment of perioral dermatitis

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of self-made dermatitis particle combined with butyl flufenamate ointment in the treatment of perioral dermatitis. Methods 76 cases of perioral dermatitis from April 2015 to December in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，38 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with oral self-made dermatitis particle combined with topical butyl flufenamate ointment.The control group was treated with oral compound glycyrrhizin capsule combined with topical compound vitamin E cream.The treatment effect in the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 84.2%，which was higher than 57.9% of the control group，with significant difference （P<0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reaction between two groups （P>0.05）. Conclusion The effect of self-made dermatitis particle combined with butyl flufenamate ointment in the treatment of perioral dermatitis is significant.

口周皮炎是一种病因不明的发生于上唇、颏、鼻唇沟和鼻等部位的炎症性皮肤病[1]，临床表现以片状红斑、丘疹、小脓疱等皮损为主要特征[2]，在皮损部位与唇红缘之间可见绕以正常皮肤的狭窄带区域，可伴有不同程度的瘙痒、灼痛感[3]。本病好发于女性，可影响其容貌，甚至影响生活质量，故引起患者高度重视。口周皮炎常规治疗疗效欠佳，复发率高。本研究选取本院门诊诊治的口周皮炎患者作为研究对象，采用自拟皮炎颗粒联合氟芬钠酸丁酯软膏治疗，取得了较好的效果。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2015年4～12月在本院门诊就诊的76例口周皮炎患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，各38例。观察组中，男3例，女35例；年龄16～53岁，平均（36.4±1.3）岁；病程1个月～5年，平均（2.8±0.43）年。对照组中，男4例，女34例；……
