[摘要] 目的 探讨特殊护理干预在子宫输卵管造影术中的应用效果。 方法 分析2013年6月～2015年12月265例子宫输卵管造影术患者临床资料，依据是否实施特殊护理进行分组，对照组115例和特殊护理组150例。观察两组患者子宫输卵管造影术检查效果和术后不良反应情况。 结果 特殊护理组患者子宫输卵管造影术检查成功率为97.3%、失败率为2.7%、通畅率为72%、阻塞率为28%均优于对照组的80%、20%、50.4%、49.6%；特殊护理组患者子宫输卵管造影术后没有不适为60%、轻度不适为21.3%、中度不适为18.7%、重度不适为0比例均优于对照组的17.4%、32.2%、31.3%、19.1%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 特殊护理干预在子宫输卵管造影术中应用，可以提高检查效果，降低术后不良反应，值得临床推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effects of special nursing intervention in hystero-salpingography. Methods Clinical data of 265 hystero-salpingography patients from July 2013 to December 2015 were analyzed and were divided according to whether conducted special nursing intervention or not.115 cases were in control group and 150 cases were in special nursing group.The examination effects of hystero-salpingography and postoperative adverse effects in two groups were observed. Results The success rate， failure rate，fluent rate and blocking rate of hystero-salpingography in special nursing group were respectively 97.3%，2.7%，72% and28%，better than that were respectively 80%，20%，50.4% and 49.6% in control group；The non discomfort rate， mild discomfort rate，middle discomfort rate and serve discomfort of postoperative hystero-salpingography in special nursing group were respectively 60%，21.3%，18.75% and 0，better than that were respectively 17.4%，32.2%，31.3% and 19.1% in control group，and the differences were statistical significance （P<0.05）. Conclusion Using special nursing intervention in hystero-salpingography can enhance the examination effects，decrease postoperative adverse effects and is worth to popularize and application in clinical.

近年来随着文化生活的发展和人们婚育观念的改变，女性不孕症的发生率呈现明显的升高趋势[1-2]。茂名地区有近300万女性，其中妇产科盆腔炎症的发生率较高，盆腔炎症造成的不孕症也呈现明显升高的趋势，其中输卵管阻塞约占女性不孕症总发生率的近40%[3-4]，及时、准确地对不孕症进行诊断，显得尤为重要[5-6]。本研究通过对我院收治的不孕症患者265例临床资料进行分析，拟探讨特殊护理干预在子宫输卵管造影术中的应用效果，现将结果报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 临床资料

选取2013年6月～2015年12月265例子宫输卵管造影术患者临床资料进行分析，依据是否实施特殊护理进行分组，对照组患者115例，年龄35～44岁，平均（40.6±3.6）岁，原发性不孕50例，继发性不孕65例；特殊护理组患者150例，年龄37～46岁，平均（41.5±4.0）岁，原发性不孕85例，继发性不孕65例。……
