[摘要] 目的 观察养阴通络法治疗糖尿病胃肠功能紊乱的临床疗效。方法 将 65例糖尿病胃肠功能紊乱患者随机分为治疗组33例，对照组32例，2组在给予基础治疗的同时，口服多潘立酮片，治疗组加服养阴通络汤剂，2组观察时间均为3周。结果 经治疗，治疗组总有效率87.88%，对照组总有效率62.5%；治疗组中医证候积分低于对照组；治疗组3月复发率低于对照组；以上差异均有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论 活血清热祛湿法联合多潘立酮片可使糖尿病胃肠功能患者临床症状有较明显的改善，复发率降低。

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Gastrointestinal Dysfunction of Diabetes with the Method of Nourishing Yin and Dredging Collaterals

[Abstract] Objective To bserve the Clinical curative effect of Yangyin Tongluo Decoction combined western medicine that treated diabetic gastrointestinal dysfunction patients. Methods 65 patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction were randomly divided into treatment group （33 cases） and control group 32 cases， two groups both received basic treatment. The control group received Domperidone tablet， while the treatment group received Yangyin Tongluo Decoction besides Domperidone tablet. The Observation periods of two groups were both 3 weeks. Results After treatment， the effective rate of the control group was 62.5%，the treatment group was 87.88%， the score of Chinese medicine syndrome of the treatment group was lower than the score of control group， the recurrence rate after 3 months of the treatment group was lower than the control group. The above differences was statistically significant （P <0.05）. Conclusion The Yangyin Tongluo Decoction combined Domperidone tablet could make the diabetic gastrointestinal dysfunction patients' clinical symptoms improved obviously and reduc the recurrence rate.

糖尿病胃肠功能紊乱是糖尿病常见慢性并发症。据统计，糖尿病患者合并胃轻瘫约占糖尿病患者的 50% 以上，60岁以上的老年糖尿病患者患病率更高，约为74.4% ，严重影响了糖尿病患者的生存质量[1]临床常表现为水样便、或便溏、或秘结，或腹胀、纳呆，竞相交替出现，严重影响生活质量，给家庭及社会带来极大负担。目前西医治疗主要以改善胃肠功能对症治疗，虽然可以起到一定效果，远期疗效欠佳[2]。笔者以益阴通络治疗糖尿病胃肠功能紊乱，疗效较好，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

2014—2015年该院收治的糖尿病胃肠功能紊乱患者共65例，随机分成2组，治疗组33例，男16例，女17例；年龄46～65岁，平均（ 53.14±2.1）岁；病程7～11年，平均（8.3±2.1）年。对照组32例，男17例，女15例；年龄43～67岁，平均（51.8±1.8）岁；病程6～13年，平均（9.4±2.3）年。两组在性别、年龄、病程、临床症状等方面相比，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），具有可比性。
