[摘要] 目的 对乳腺癌和糖尿病患者护理中施加诸方面心理干预所产生的应用效果加以探讨。 方法 将该院于2014年9月—2015年9月收治的乳腺癌和糖尿病患者共计66例以随机形式划分为观察组和对照组各33例，对前者仍给予常规护理方式，后者则在常规护理的基础上增加一系列的心理干预，一段时间后对二者的生存质量加以相应的观察、对比之类研究。结果 相比于对照组而言，观察组的病患在生存质量层面上改善颇为明显；尤其是心理障碍获得了很明显的降低，同时可见两组之间的差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 在乳腺癌和糖尿病护理活动中，增加“心理干预”这一活动，往往可以很大程度提升乳腺癌和糖尿病患者在治疗活动中的信心，以此来使其有效地对乳腺癌和糖尿病这一疾病加深相应了解，并由此来有效地以尽可能良好的心态去面对这一疾病，并有针对性地对自身行为加以改变，从而对生存质量加以提升。

Analysis and Application of Psychological Intervention in Breast Cancer and Diabetes Care

[Abstract] Objective The purpose application effect applied aspects of psychological intervention on breast cancer and diabetes patient care arising to be explored. Methods Court 2014 9 Month - September 2015 were treated for breast cancer and diabetes patients randomized in the form of a total of 66 cases classified as watch group and a control group all 33 cases， the former still received routine care approach the latter increases in routine care on the basis of a series of psychological intervention after a period of time corresponding to the observation of the quality of life of both， comparative study of the class. Results The results compared to a control group is concerned， patients' compliance inspection team， the improvement in the level of quality of life is quite obvious； especially the psychological barrier to get a very significant reduction， while the visible differences between the two groups has a very clearly significant（P <0.05）. Conclusion Breast cancer and diabetes care activities， increase the "psychological intervention" this event， often can largely enhance the confidence of patients with breast cancer and diabetes treatment activities in order to make it effective against breast cancer and corresponding deepen understanding of the disease diabetes， and thereby effectively as much as possible a good attitude to face the disease， and targeted to change their behavior， so as to enhance the quality of life.

乳腺癌和糖尿病都类属常见恶性肿瘤和慢性疾病，无论是放化疗、手术抑或是保守治疗，往往都会造成病患程度不一的焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪。故而，作为临床医护人员有必要足够重视乳腺癌和糖尿病患者所表现出的情绪问题。该院于2014年9月—2015年9月对收治的乳腺癌和糖尿病病患加以相应的心理干预，获得效果颇为良好，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

该组资料为该院在2014年9月—2015年9月收治的乳腺癌和糖尿病病患共计66例，平均年龄为（57.3±3.5）岁（34～84岁这一区间内），症状均和相应的“乳腺癌诊断标准”、“糖尿病诊断标准”中内容相符，治疗方法均为手术和相应的辅助治疗。

对“对照组”仍给予常规护理方式，对“观察组”则在常规护理的基础上……
