摘要 玉米脱粒机清选装置的性能是影响整机工作性能和玉米籽粒净度的重要因素。为此，综述了国内外玉米脱粒机清选装置的发展情况及研究现状，并从清选风机和振动筛的组合形式对清选性能的影响进行了剖析，提出了玉米脱粒机清选装置的发展趋势，为清选装置后续的研究提供参考。

Abstract Cleaning performance of the cleaning device is an important factor that affects the overall performance in corn thresher and the purity of the corn kernel. Based on this， we summed up the present application and research status of cleaning device of corn thresher at home and abroad， and analyzed the effect of cleaning performance from aspects of the combination forms between cleaning fan and vibrating screen. Development trend of cleaning device of corn thresher was put forward， which provides reference for the followup study.

玉米是我国重要的粮食作物、工业原料和饲料来源，也是世界总产量最高的粮食作物。2012年我国玉米总产量超越水稻，成为第一大粮食作物，达到20 561.4万t；2013年，我国的玉米总产量达到21 848.9万t，占粮食总产量的36.3%[1]。由此可见，玉米在我国粮食安全中占有十分重要的地位。

随着我国玉米生产的快速发展，玉米总产量的稳步增长，玉米脱粒机成为影响玉米产业快速发展的关键环节[2]。清选装置作为玉米脱粒机的重要工作部件，其清选效果直接影响玉米脱粒机的整机工作性能和玉米籽粒的净度。提高清选装置的清选性能是改善玉米脱粒机整机工作性能的必要条件，也是玉米脱粒机，尤其是种子玉米脱粒机未来发展过程中亟需解决的关键问题。近些年，国内市场上已经出现多种结构新颖的中、小型玉米脱粒机，但从清选效果来看，仍存在含杂率和损失率偏高的问题。因此，对市场上现有的玉米脱粒机的清选装置进行技术分析，以获得较低含杂率和损失率的清选方案，对提高玉米脱粒机的工作性能和玉米籽粒的质量具有重要的现实意义，可为清选装置后续的研究提供参考。……
