摘要 随着经济全球化速度的加快，农业产业不断升级，新时代对农业人才质量的要求提高，培养高技能农业人才已成为一个世界性的话题。笔者结合云南省实际，分析了农业人才培养面临的机遇与挑战，从教学缺少创新性，校企合作对接不紧密，办学特色不突出3个方面探讨了农业人才培养的滞后性。重点论述了未来高技能农业人才培养途径，强调要以人为本，创新教学理念，建立完善的校企合作制度，突出本校办学特色，加强实验多学科交叉性与完整性，并采取全程导师制的教学模式。通过对农业人才实践技能提升策略的研究，期望能够对新型优质农业人才的培养建言献策。

Abstract With the rapid growth of economic globalization， agricultural industry is continuously upgraded； higher requirements are needed for the quality of agricultural talents in the new era. Cultivating highly skilled agricultural talents has become a worldwide topic. Based on the practical situation of Yunnan Province， opportunities and challenges for the cultivation of agricultural talents were analyzed. The hysteretic nature of cultivating agricultural talents was discussed from three aspects， including the lack of teaching innovation， the unclose universityenterprise cooperation， and the not prominent schoolrunning characteristics. The cultivation approaches of highskilled agricultural talents in future were mainly discussed， such as the "people oriented"， innovating the education teaching idea， establishing the improved system of universityenterprise cooperation， emphasizing the characteristics of colleges and universities， strengthening subject overlapping， and adopting the teaching mode of whole course mentor system. Improvement strategies for the practice skills of agricultural talents were researched in order to provide suggestions for the cultivation of newtype highquality agricultural talents.

21世纪是信息农业时代，全球高新生物技术的研究与普及已成为经济发展的驱动力，农业将成为生物技术最有应用价值和前景的产业。随着“一带一路”全球战略的推进，我国传统农业向现代农业转变将面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战，其中设施农业、观光农业、精准农业等新型农业已成为可持续性发展的标志[1-3]。紧跟时代的要求与步伐，云南省提出发展高原特色农业，标志着云南省农业的产业布局、产业升级及产业结构调整步伐将大幅度加快，农业人才要求也将更高。同时，用人单位正在经历一个从理论型到实用型用人观念的转变[4]，具有研究、设计、规划、决策等综合能力的高技能农业人才倍受青睐[5]。……
