摘 要 互联网+医疗是时代发展的热点之一。在现行的体制下，互联网医疗能带来大量的信息、全新的理念和行为方式，但不能改变的也很多。基层社区卫生相比大医院，处于弱势地位，在新的改革形势和医学模式下，它将是未来的风口。社区卫生的“定点药房处方外配”，融合了互联网技术和供应链管理方法，探索多方参与的服务新方式。

ABSTRACT Internet plus medical care is one of the hot topics of the development of the times. Under the current system， the internet can bring in a lot of medical information， new ideas and behavior， but there are still a lot of things that cannot be changed by internet. Community healthcare is in a weak position compared with high class hospitals， but it will be the center of a whirlwind in the future in the new situation of reform and a novel medical mode. “Sentinel pharmacy with a prescription external distribution” in community healthcare integrates both the internet technology and supply chain management methods and can explore new service ways of multi-stakeholder involvement.

在新的时代背景下，互联网与传统医疗相融合，互联网医疗热潮涌动。据统计，2014年我国互联网医疗领域的风险投资达到6.9亿美元，比2013年增长了226%。而美国2014年在互联网健康领域的投融资为41亿美元，是过去3年的总和[1]。互联网三巨头BAT纷纷布局互联网医疗。阿里推出未来医院计划、阿里健康云医院平台；腾讯推出“智慧医疗”解决方案；百度则采取“平台大数据”策略，上线百度医生APP。A股上市公司争相涉足互联网医疗，目前涉足互联网医疗的上市公司接近50家，如海南海药推出定增预案，拟募投45亿用于远程医疗服务平台项目；上海医药、乐普医疗等公司纷纷布局O2O。

互联网医疗瞄准传统医疗服务模式的痛点，激情四溢地提出要颠覆和重塑医疗服务体系。许多医院管理者表示，医疗服务+互联网是一种积极的选择。先进技术和医疗服务相结合，可以产生1加1大于2的功效[2-3]。
