经管类专业统计学教学效果提升策略研究*

摘要：为了解经管类非统计学专业学生对统计学的学习态度和学习需求，找到提高统计学教学效果的途径，文章对经管类非统计学专业的学生进行了实地调研。研究发现学生的学习投入、学习兴趣、焦虑程度，以及学习基础和教师的教学方法等均对统计学教学效果有着显著影响。因此，可以通过案例分析、多元考核方式等多种方式提高学生学习统计学的兴趣、增加学习投入、减少焦虑等提高统计学的教学效果。

Abstract:The paper investigates students in economics and management specialty who do not major in statistics in order to understand their study attitude and needs toward the statistics and finds out the way of improving the effect of statistics teaching.The study finds that students'learning involvement，learning interest，anxiety，and the basis of learning and teachers'teaching methods have significant impacts on the effect of statistics teaching. Therefore，it can improve students'interest in learning statistics，increase learning involvement，reduce anxiety and improve the teaching effect of statistics through case analysis，multiple assessment methods and other methods.

统计学是收集、整理、分析、解释数据并从数据中得出结论的科学，是经济管理类专业学生的必修课程。但有研究表明经管类专业学生在学习统计学课程时会存在某种程度的焦虑，且不同专业、不同年级的学生对统计学的学习投入、学习兴趣都存在较大差异。为了解非经管类非统计学专业本科生对统计学的学习情况、学习态度和学习需求，提高统计学教学效果，文章拟对经管类非统计学专业的学生进行实地调研。文章结合统计学学习态度、学习效果及相关学习基础、教师教学方法等问题，探究高校经管类非统计学专业对统计学学习态度以及对教学效果的影响，为提高非统计专业统计学的教学效果提供依据，让学生学到真正能指导实践的统计学知识。……
