摘 要 目的：更有效地治疗婴幼儿腹泻及缩短其腹泻时间。方法：选取80例在本院小儿推拿门诊就诊的腹泻患儿，随机分为对照组和观察组各40例，两组均接受西药常规治疗，此外，对照组采用中医辨证分型推拿治疗而观察组接受推拿加外敷王氏保赤丸治疗。结果：观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为92.5%和77.52%，观察组中中医辨证分型实证患者的效果明显优于虚证患者（P<0.05）。结论：推拿和外敷王氏保赤丸都属于外治法，操作简单，成本低廉，无任何不良反应，两者相结合，疗效明确，值得临床进一步实践。

Clinical observation of the efficacy of massage and external application of Wangs baby health pill on 40 cases of infants with diarrhea

ABSTRACT Objective： To effectively treat the diarrhea of infants and reduce its duration. Methods： Eighty cases of infants with diarrhea were chosen and divided randomly into a control group and an observation group with 40 cases each. Both groups received a therapy of routine western medicine and besides， the control group was treated only with massage and the observation group with massage and external application of Wangs Baby Health pill based on TCM syndrome differentiation. Results： The total effective rate was 92.5% in the observation group and 77.52% in the control group （P<0.05）. The efficiency was much better for infants with excess syndrome than with deficiency syndrome in the observation group. Conclusion： Massage and external application of Wangs Baby Health pill all belong to an external therapy with easy operation and low cost and without any adverse reaction. The combination of two therapies has definite efficacy and is worthy of more clinical practice.

小儿消化系统发育尚未成熟，肠道免疫功能低下，易发生腹泻。腹泻是以大便次数增多，粪质稀薄或如水样为特征的一种小儿常见病。6个月到2岁婴幼儿发病率较高。1岁以内约占50%，是造成婴幼儿营养不良，生长发育障碍的主要原因之一[1]。为了更有效地治疗婴幼儿腹泻及缩短其腹泻时间，本院小儿推拿门诊于2014年7月—2015年7月采用推拿配合王氏保赤丸外敷治疗婴幼儿腹泻40例，并与单纯推拿治疗40例比较，疗效确切，现报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

80例均为在本院小儿推拿门诊就诊的腹泻患儿，其中男48例，女32例，年龄6个月到2岁。

王氏保赤丸磨成粉剂，用黄酒和甘油调成糊状，每次用1 g敷于神阙和龟尾，时间为3 h，于每次推拿以后操作。

1.2 诊断标准

80例腹泻患儿均符合以下诊断标准：每日大便在10次以下，无脱水，大便常规检查为黄色或黄绿色，糊状或水样便，偶有黏液，常有酸味，镜下可见脂肪球，不见白细胞和红细胞，精神、营养状况尚好。……
