摘 要 艺术教育作为美育教育的重要组成部分，一直以来都是我国普通高校实施素质教育的重要手段。而艺术团既作为普通高校艺术教育实施的第二课堂，同时也作为校园文化建设的主力军，其在我国普通高校实施素质教育以及校园文化建设的过程中充当着十分重要的角色。本文就针对时下我国普通高校艺术团的相关研究进行一个较为全面的文献综述，以期能够为我国高校艺术团的发展提供参考。

Abstract Art education is an important part of aesthetic education. Also it has always been an important means to implement the quality-oriented education. Art Troupe is regarded as both the second class of the art education in the university and the most important part in the construction of campus culture. It serves as a very important role of the quality-oriented education and the construction of campus culture. This literature review based on the related research of universities art troupe in order to provide reference for the development of the university art troupe in China.

1 普通高校学生艺术团的作用

（1）推动高校美育教育的发展。艺术教育一直以来都是美育教育的重要组成部分，而艺术团在高校艺术教育当中起着十分重要的作用。罗明秀在《论大学生艺术团的功能与建设》一文中对其在大学生综合素质方面的作用进行了具体的论述。候春莹在《高校艺术团的建设与管理初探》一文中也提到“接受过良好艺术素质教育的学生，其艺术的潜质给学生带来的心理素质、行为素质专业影响、思维方式等都从学生自身有所体现。”与此同时，艺术团的活动也促进了高校学生与学生之间、艺术与艺术之间的相互交流和融通，使大学生在提高艺术修养的同时，提高审美情趣、开阔心境、增强自信心，进一步带动和影响高校艺术素质教育的发展

（2）提升高校校园文化质量。高校艺术团在校内的各项演出与比赛是帮助大学生更好地认识艺术、接触艺术的窗口。……
