摘 要 医学卫生事业的发展对高职院校护理专业教师的师德建设提出了更高的要求。在充分认识到护理专业教师师德建设的必要性的基础上，客观分析和正视护理专业教师师德建设中存在的问题并提出相应对策，是当前高职院校护理专业师资队伍建设的重要内容。

Abstract The development of medical health care put forward higher requirements on professional morality construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges. In the full understanding of the basis of the necessity of nursing teachers' professional ethics construction. Objective analysis and face nursing teachers' professional ethics construction in the existing problems and puts forward the corresponding countermeasure， is the important content of the current vocational college nursing specialty teacher team construction.

随着《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020）》的出台，职业教育得到迅猛发展。护理职业教育作为职业教育的一个组成部分，在服务经济发展、加快城乡医疗卫生事业建设，培养一线卫生技术护理人才方面起着重要的作用。同时，人民群众日益增长的医疗保障要求也对护理工作在服务模式、护理专业人员素质和能力等方面提出了更高的标准。因此，建立一支素质优良、结构合理的护理教育师资队伍成为高职院校护理专业队伍建设的重要内容。

1 充分认识加强高职院校护理专业教师师德建设的必要性

（1）加强师德建设，是教师自我成长的需要。师德是教师职业成长的灵魂，是教师个体赖以生存的力量源泉和主要支撑。美国麦金泰尔主张“德性是人类后天获得的、内蕴于实践活动的各种好的性质、品质、倾向。”教师要忠于教育事业，就必须加强师德师风建设，树立正确的认识观和价值观，培养崇高的职业理想和高尚的道德境界，做到牢记责任、不辱使命。这与其教师的专业发展是并行不悖、相得益彰的。……
