[摘 要] 近代，中国在谋求政治现代化过程中进行了艰辛探索，孙中山先生就是其中突出的一位，他借鉴西方民主政治思想成果，独创中华民族的治国方略，形成了以主权在民为核心的现代民主政治思想，对中国政治现代化作出了历史性的贡献，直到今天对我国构建以人为本的和谐社会以及社会主义法治社会建设都有很大的借鉴意义。纵观孙中山先生的中国现代化思想，主要一方面是受近代西方政治文明的影响，另一方面是受中国传统的政治思想的影响，是对古代的民本思想、古代的监察制度以及科举考试制度批判继承。

The Innovation in Sun Zhongshan's Thoughts of Political Modernization

Abstract： In modern times， China has done hard exploration in the process of political modernization. Mr. Sun Zhonshan was an outstanding one in doing the work. Learning from the achievements of a democratic politics of the Western countries， he created an original strategy of running a state of the Chinese nation and shaped the modern political thoughts centering on popular sovereignty. He made historical contributions to China's political modernization. Till now， his thoughts still have the model significance in building a people-oriented harmonious society and a socialist country under the rule of law. In general， Mr Sun's ideas in terms of modernization of China were， on the one hand， affected by contemporary political civilization， on the other hand， influenced by traditional Chinese political thoughts. The ideas were inherited critically from the ancient people-oriented thoughts， supervisory system and imperial examination system.

政治现代化的理论体系是一个异常庞大理论体系，较为著名的是亨廷顿的现代化理论思想，孙中山的政治现代化思想体现了亨廷顿所论述的全社会各阶级广泛的政治参与，而孙中山的民权主义思想正是对中国政治现代化的设想。

一、孙中山中国政治现代化的主要内容

所谓民权主义，就是指以革命的手段废止专制统治，实现国家的民主共和，国家的一切权力来源于人民也属于人民。在民权思想中，主权在民是其原则总纲，五权宪法是核心内容，体现了主权在民的思想;权能分离是基石，是前提条件，政党政治和地方自治是实施民权的必由之路。因此，五权宪法、权能分离、政党政治与地方自治内容共同构成了孙中山民权思想的全貌[1]。……
