[摘要] 目的 探讨通窍鼻炎胶囊在急性鼻炎患者中的临床治疗效果及安全性。 方法 整群选取2014年12月—2015年12月医院收治的84例患者资料进行研究，采用随机数字方法将患者分为实验组和对照组，每组42例。对照组采用鼻渊舒口服液治疗，实验组采用通窍鼻炎胶囊治疗，比较两组临床治疗效果及药物安全性。 结果 实验组治疗疗效率为95.2%，显著高于对照组的85.7%（P<0.05）；两组患者治疗前血清指标，IL-4、IL-2以及IgE指标差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；实验组治疗后IL-4、IgE指标，显著低于对照组（P<0.05）；实验组治疗后IL-2，显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 急性鼻炎患者采用通窍鼻炎胶囊治疗效果理想，值得推广应用。

Research on Clinical Curative Effect and Security of Tongqiao Biyan Capsules in Treatment of Acute Rhinitis

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical treatment effect and security of tongqiao biyan capsules in treatment of patients with acute rhinitis. Methods The data of 84 cases of patients admitted and treated in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 were selected for research and randomly divided into two groups with 42 cases in each， the control group were treated with biyuanshu oral liquid.， the experimental group were treated with tongqiao biyan capsules， the clinical treatment effects and drug security of the two groups were compared. Results The curative effect rate of treatment in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group， （95.2% vs 85.7%）， P<0.05， the differences in the serum index， IL-4， IL-2 and IgE indexes between the two groups before treatment were not statistically significant P<0.05， the IL-4 and IgE indexes after treatment in the experimental group were obviously lower than those in the control group，P<0.05， the IL-2 after treatment in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group， P<0.05. Conclusion The effect of tongqiao biyan capsules in treatment of patients with acute rhinitis is ideal， which is worth promotion and application.

急性鼻炎属于鼻黏膜的急性炎症，一年四季均可发病，且具备一定的传染性，而飞沫传播成为其传播的主要途径。同时，急性鼻炎发生率影响因素较多，与烟酒过度、营养不良、过度疲劳等关系密切，影响患者健康，严重者将威胁患者生命[1]。近年来，通窍鼻炎胶囊在急性鼻炎患者中得到应用，但是临床疗效尚缺乏报道[2]。为了探讨通窍鼻炎胶囊在急性鼻炎患者中的临床治疗效果及安全性。整群选取2014年12月—2015年12月医院收治的84例患者进行研究，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

整群选取2014年12月—2015年12月医院收治的84例患者进行研究，采用随机数字方法将患者分为实验组和对照组。实验组42例，男29例，女13例，年龄16～65岁，平均（35.2±2.4）岁，病程5～52 h，平均（24.3±0.8）h。对照组42例，男27例，女15例，年龄17～66岁，平均（34.9±2.5）岁，病程6～54 h，平均（25.0±1.2）h。入选患者均符合《中华医学会耳鼻喉科学会》[3]中急性鼻炎诊断标准。

1.2 治疗方法

对照组采用鼻渊舒口服液治疗方法：患者每次口服1支鼻渊舒口服液（国药准字：Z51020208，规格：每支10 mL），1支/次，3次/d，连续治疗1个月（1个疗程）。……
