摘 要：全国职业院校技能大赛推动了职业院校专业的教学改革，《植物组织培养》课程以植物组织培养比赛项目为依托，根据技能大赛竞赛试题，参照相关的职业资格标准、行业标准和技术领域的职业岗位（群）的任职要求，对课程内容、课程的组织与实施、教学方法与考核评价等方面进行了探索与实践。

Based on the Plant Tissue Culture of Vocational Skills Contest to Explore Course Teaching Reform

Abstract：The national vocational skills competition promotes the professional teaching reform in colleges and universities，the plant tissue culture courses，which is based on plant tissue culture events，according to the national skills contest competition，with reference to the relevant professional qualification standards，industry standards and technology in the field of professional post office（group），organization and implementation of curriculum content，curriculum，teaching methods and evaluation，and so on has carried on the exploration and practice.

全国职业院校技能大赛“植物组织培养”赛项通过竞赛实际操作，检验参赛选手在真实的工作环境与条件下进行植物组织培养技术的操作能力和选手的职业素质，操作技术主要考核母液配制、培养基制作、无菌转接3个基本能力。通过竞赛检验高职学生进行优良品种和无病毒苗木的快速繁育和培育的能力，培养他们的团队合作能力，从而提升学生的职业能力；在推进学校与企业合作的同时实现工学结合的人才培养模式，推进园林园艺类专业建设与教学改革，培养行业高素质技能型人才。自2011年以来，“植物组织培养”赛项共组织了3次全国大赛，即2011年、2012年和2014年。我院共组织参加省赛3次，分别在2011年获得省赛三等奖，2012年获得省赛三等奖，2014获得省赛二等奖，并取得国赛二等奖。作为植物组织培养赛项的指导老师，笔者在6a来全程指导训练与教学工作，不断进行新的教学探索和尝试。

《植物组织培养》课程教学改革以技能大赛为锲机，结合学院2012年的第3轮教学改革，进行项目化教学改革，项目组成员2013年参与编写“A”联盟项目化教材。……
