[摘 要] 文章通过对广西众创空间发展现状进行深入调研分析，对存在的问题进行深刻剖析，从五个方面提出了具有针对性的对策建议，为广西发展众创空间推进大众创新创业提供了新的思路。

Study on Present Situation and Countermeasure of Guangxi Developing Maker Spaces and Promoting Popular Entrepreneurship and Innovation

Abstract：Based on in-depth investigation and analysis on the present development situation of Guangxi maker spaces， this paper analyzes the existing problems thoroughly， and proposes targeted policies and suggestions from five aspects， which provides a new direction for Guangxi developing maker spaces and promoting popular entrepreneurship and innovation.

党的十八大以来，全国各地都纷纷掀起推进众创空间建设的浪潮，众创空间建设呈现出蓬勃发展的态势。广西作为后发地区，也着力加快发展众创空间等新兴创业服务平台，并取得了良好的进展。

1 广西众创空间发展现状

1.1 众创空间发展政策环境不断完善

自国家印发《关于发展众创空间推进大众创新创业的指导意见》后，广西紧跟国家和其他先进地区的步伐，先后发布了《关于进一步做好新形势下就业创业工作的通知》《广西大力促进众创空间发展工作方案》等，明确要通过税收优惠、财政补助等方式大力发展众创空间等创新创业服务平台，培育创新文化，加快形成大众创业、万众创新的生动局面。广西各地市也相继制定和出台了一系列支持创新创业发展的政策措施，如贺州市出台了《贺州市大力促进众创空间发展实施方案》，防城港市、河池市、来宾市和玉林市也制定了本市众创空间实施方案（征求意见稿）。这些政策法规的出台，为进一步推动广西众创空间发展、促进大众创新创业、聚集创新能量、激发创新活力营造了良好的政策环境。……
