普通高校学生体育社团资源整合的研究

摘 要：本文主要通过文献资料法、问卷调查法和专家访谈法等，对普通高校学生体育社团资源进行研究。结合资源整合的含义尝试性地概括了学生体育社团资源整合的概念。从社团自身、学校、社会3个层次分析了学生体育社团资源整合的主要内容。在此基础上提出普通高校学生体育社团资源整合的可行性的途径，包括构建网络体育社团、组织课内外一体化俱乐部活动和打造社团品牌项目。

Abstract:Through the method of literature, expert interview and on-the-spot investigation, to research on resources of students’ sports organization in university. Based on the concept of resource integration, attempts to generalize the concept of resources integration of students’ sports organization. From three levels of community themselves, school, social, to analysis of the main content of the resources integration of students’ sports association. And through site visits of the F-square Aerobic Association of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, to understand the specific measures of getting resources socially, and to propose ways of resources integration in university students’sports organization, including the network construction of sports; associations and build ing branding project, to provide the theory reference for development of students' Sports Associations in Colleges and Universities.

近年来学生体育社团发展如雨后春笋般，规模不断壮大，种类繁多，受到了大学生们的喜爱。用辩证的眼光看学生体育社团的快速发展，高校体育社团资源缺乏是其发展中亟待解决的问题。对高校学生体育社团组织外部（包括社会体育社团、社区俱乐部、社区的企业，其他院校等）资源的整合是解决资源匮乏的重要途径。“走出去、引进来”是学生体育社团获取资源的一个举足轻重的策略，包括资金、物质资源、人际关系等，如和其他学校的社团及一些社会组织联合开展一些活动，把一些在社会上有影响的活动引进校园；与企事业单位合作，为他们提供服务，通过项目的运作获得人力、物力、财力等方面的资助。
