对新媒体时代开放大学师资建设的思考*

摘要：随着经济的高速发展，我国的科技水平也在不断的提高，新媒体技术也开始不断的崛起和壮大。新媒体的发展改变了传统媒体的形式和地位，并且新媒体的发展推动了我国广播电视大学的发展，丰富了其内在涵义。广播电视大学向开放大学转型期，作为广播电视大学的学生来说，要不断的丰富自身科技含量，学习新媒体技术，适应时代的发展，能够做到理论与实际相结合；对于广播电视大学的教师来说，也是一个全新的挑战。作者结合实际的工作经验以及当前新媒体形式下开放大学的发展，对开放大学师资队伍建设提出一份建议，为其研究提供一份理论支持。

Abstract:With the rapid development of economy，China's science and technology level is also in constant improvement，new media technology also began to rise and grow. The development of new media has changed the traditional media form and position，and the development of new media to promote the development of China's Radio and TV University，enrich its connotation. Radio and TV University to open university during the period of transition，as a radio and television university students to constantly enrich their own scientific and technological content，learning new media technology，adapt the time development to achieve the combination of theory and practice；for the radio and TV university teachers，but also a new challenge. Based on the actual work experience and the development of the new media in the form of Open University，this paper puts forward a proposal for the construction of teaching staff in Open University，which provides a theoretical support for the study.

人类进入2000年以后，科技飞速发展经济环境的不断改革，带来了技术的革新。伴随着3G、4G网络的不断推进，我国的传统媒体也产生了相应的变化，应运而出的新媒体给人们的生活带来了巨大的变化。当前，广播电视大学的师资队伍建设在不断的改革发展，以求适应我国新媒体环境的发展，并且进一步完善广播电视大学师资队伍的建设，提高广播电视大学的教学质量和水平，培养出更加优秀的、全面发展的人才。广播电视大学的发展，增添了我国教育的多样性和灵活性，给学生提供了更广阔的发展空间和学习的机会。……
