高校学生网络评教有效性的结构及影响因素研究

摘要：针对高校学生网络评教系统进行研究，从学生评教在教学质量管理中所占据的地位、教师针对学生评教的态度极其所做的改观，管理人员针对学生对教师的评价所做出相应的研究分析处理，使得学生评教的有效性得以展现。从评价指标、反馈信息的归途等方面分析了影响高校网络评教有效性的因素，对网络评教的进一步发展具有重要的意义。

Abstract:According to the evaluation of university student network teaching assessment system，we study and analyze from different aspects，such as the position of students occupied in teaching quality management，the attitude of the teacher according to the students' evaluation，the research and analysis of the manager after network evaluations，to make the students' evaluation of teaching effectiveness presented，thus achieving a higher standard. Basing on factors of the effectiveness of students' evaluations of network in university，we analyzing and processing from evaluation index，the process of feedback information and others for the further development of the network evaluation，which is very significant.

引言

学生评教有效性问题的实质集中体现在如何发挥其应有的效力、如何增进和提高其效力，即学生评教是否有利于改进教师的教学、是否有利于提高教学质量、是否有利于教师和学生的双向发展。学生评教有效性问题是学生评教问题的核心和关键。

通过研究发现，高校学生的评教问题主要体现在重要性和有效性两方面［1］。近年来，网络评教研究在取得丰硕成果的同时，整体在以下两个方面还存在不足。一是对学生评教的操作研究多局限于流程的介绍，很少看到对学生评教本质问题的研究；二是缺乏关于网络评教工具对评教流程、学生心理、教师心理的影响方面的研究。本课题针对这一现实，通过对学生、教师、管理人员进行分析揭露高校学生网络评教中有效性的影响因素，预期对我国高校评教工作的顺利开展和教学质量的提高具有重要的理论和现实意义。……
