高校网络文化发展趋势探究

摘要：高校网络文化的建设与创新是深化高等教育综合改革、提升思想政治教育实效的重要内容，因此网络空间的话语权愈加受到重视、两微一端的高校新媒体平台日趋发展、师生网络文化工作室不断涌现、涉及的文化内容亦显生动多元。同时，高校网络文化在制度支持、内容创新、传播效果方面遭遇瓶颈。因此，高校需要及时明确网络文化的发展趋势，从机构机制、阵地平台、队伍能力、内容产品等方面着手，探究建设高校网络文化、发挥其作为思想政治教育新载体的方向与方法。

Abstract:The cyber culture construction and innovation is important to deepen the reform of higher education comprehensive, and to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education. The power of cyberspace has drawn greater attention with the new media developing increasingly. More cyber culture studios appear and their content become more vivid. At the same time, the cyber culture in universities encounter bottlenecks in the aspects of the system support, content innovation and dissemination effect. Therefore, it is necessary for colleges and universities to clarify the development trend of cyber culture, and to establish the cyber culture in institutional mechanisms, the position of platform, team capability, and content products, so as to display its function in ideological and political education.

一、高校网络文化建设现状

（一）制度层面，对话语权的高度重视

习近平总书记在2014年第二十三次全国高等学校党的建设工作会议上强调，办好中国特色社会主义大学，要强化思想引领，牢牢把握高校意识形态工作领导权。2015年初，中办国办印发《关于进一步加强和改进新形势下高校宣传思想工作的意见》指出，要创新网络思教育部召开的全国高校网络文化建设工作推进会议，把高校网络文化建设工作作为新形势下深化高等教育综合改革的重要内容，作为提升思想政治教育针对性、实效性的重要举措。

（二）平台层面，两微一端成为新风尚

“两微一端”在高校网络平台建设中风生水起，国内高校均对网络新媒体平台加大了投入，尤其是手机端的平台与内容建设。……
