民族院校学生学业管理创新与实践
——以西藏民族大学为例*

摘要：《国家中长期教育改革与发展规划纲要（2010-2020）》和党的十八大报告中都明确指出要坚持育人为本、德育为先、立德树人，把全面提高人才培养质量作为高等教育发展的核心任务。民族院校是我国高等教育的重要组成部分，它是党和国家为解决国内民族问题而建立的综合性普通高等学校，具有一般高等院校无法取代的意义。近年来，随着高等教育规模的不断扩大和内地少数民族学生人数的不断增多，少数民族院校的学生管理工作任务不断加重。

关键词：民族院校；学业管理；创新实践

Abstract:The national medium and long-term education reform and development project summary(2010-2020) and the report at 18th Party Congress clearly point out that the country should insist on people-oriented education，moral education first，establishment of moral values and cultivation of people and meanwhile improving the quality of personnel training should be taken as the core task of the development of higher education.National colleges and universities is an important part of higher education in our country.They are comprehensive colleges and universities established by the Party and the country with an aim to solving the ethnic problems and have the meaning that general colleges and universities can't replace.In recent years，with the continuous expansion of higher education and a growing number of ethnic students，the work and task of student management in national colleges and universities have gradually increased.

纵观各个民族院校，不难发现民族院校在学生学业管理工作中面临的种种问题。首先，民族院校受生源地影响，一些少数民族学生文化底子薄弱，学习基础和学习能力差异很大，跟不上老师授课进度，挂科现象严重。更为严重的是，个别学生重修后依然不及格，这直接影响到学生日后能否正常毕业并获取学位证书。此外，仍有部分学生对自己专业的认知与规划不清楚，他们被动地获取相关信息，对专业认识不明确，不系统。这些都是亟待解决的问题。……
