加减旋覆代赭汤结合西医治疗53例反流性食管炎临床观察

【摘要】目的 探讨加减旋覆代赭汤结合西医治疗反流性食管炎的临床效果。方法 使用随机数字表法将105例确诊为反流性食管炎患者分组，西医组给予西医常规治疗，联合组增加旋覆代赭汤辩证治疗，连续治疗4周为1个疗程，3个疗程后对比综合疗效。结果 综合组临床效果总有效率和胃镜下疗效总有效率分别为94．34%和90．57%，高于西医组的78．85%和75．00%，P＜0．05，联合组复发率7．55%低于西医组的21．15%，P＜0．05。结论 加减旋覆代赭汤具有增强胃肠蠕动，保护消化道粘膜，调节胃酸分泌等作用，结合西医治疗RE能够提高疗效，减少复发。

Objective To investigate the clinical results of subtraction xuanfu daizhe soup combined with western medicine treatment of reflux esophagitis．Methods Using a random number table 105 cases diagnosed esophagitis in patients with reflux group，western medicine group received routine western medicine combined group increased xuanfu daizhe soup dialectical therapy，continuous treatment for 4 weeks for a course of treatment，after comparing three courses comprehensive efficacy． Results The total effect of a comprehensive set of clinical efficiency and efficacy of endoscopic total effective rate were 94．34% and 90．57%，78．85% and 75．00% higher than western medicine group，P＜0．05，the combined group the recurrence rate 7．55% lower than western medicine group 21．15%，P＜0．05． Conclusion Modified xuanfu daizhe soup with enhanced gastric motility，to protect the gastrointestinal mucosa，gastric acid secretion and other effects，combined with western medicine RE can significantly improve the efficacy and reduce recurrence．

反流性食管炎（reflux esophagitis，RE）是指胃和十二指肠内容物反流进入食管，引起食管黏膜的一系列病变［1］，近年来发病率呈上升趋势，中老年人、吸烟饮酒、工作生活压力过大的人群发病率较高。西医治疗在短期内效果较好，但是停药后复发率高，观察加减旋覆代赭汤结合西医治疗反流性食管炎，效果理想，报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

研究对象是鹤煤总医院2013年4月～2015年4月消化科门诊收治的105例反流性食管炎患者，经临床症状、体征和胃镜检查，符合《实用内科学》［2］和《胃食管反流病中医诊疗共识意见》［3］中的诊断标准。经患者同意纳入观察，排除有其他消化道溃疡和肿瘤、心脑血管疾病、服用其它可能影响治疗效果的药物者。按照治疗的先后顺……
