复方消化酶胶囊对消化不良的临床治疗效果分析

【摘要】目的 分析复方消化酶胶囊能否有效治疗消化不良疾病。方法 将26例患有消化不良的疾病患者，随机分成研究组以及对比组，其中每组人数为13人，对比组患者服用莫沙必利片进行治疗，研究组则服用复方消化酶胶囊治疗，5周后2组进行对比。结果 治疗过后对比组患者的有效率为62．00%，研究组为95．63%，两者间的差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．03）。结论 复方消化酶胶囊在治疗消化不良疾病效果高于莫沙必利片。

Objective To analyze the compound digestive enzyme capsules can effectively treat indigestion diseases． Methods 26 cases of patients suffering from indigestion disease，were randomly divided into study group and control group，in which each number is 13 cases，compared to patients taking mosapride tablets for treatment，the study group is taking the compound digestive enzyme capsules treatment，2 groups were compared after 5 weeks． Results After treatment comparison group of patients with effective rate of 62．00 percent，the study group was 95．63%，the difference between the two was statistically significant（P＜0．03）． Conclusion The compound digestive enzyme capsules in the treatment of dyspepsia disease is more effective than mosapride sheet．【Key words】 Dyspepsia，Compound digestive capsule，Mosapride

造成消化不良的原因有多种，例如：人体内消化酶过低，以及生活环境和心理情况［1］，而莫沙必利片对这方面疾病的治疗效果并非显著，因此为了能够寻找到更加有效的方法，本文针对这个问题，展开了实验调查，对比分析如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取本院2014年6月～2015年9月在院内医治的26例消化不良患者，分别分为对比组以及研究组，每组人数各为13人，排除标准：消化不良疾病患者和胃溃疡疾病，胃肠道肿瘤疾病，严重性的肝脏疾病以及胰岛疾病。本次实验中的两组患者，均知情并且同意院方调查。对比组男性有7例，女性有6例，年龄23～84岁，平均年龄（44.30±10.50）岁，研究组男性有5例，女性有8例，年龄22～86岁，平均年龄（49.10±15.80）岁。两组疾病患者的资料比较，差别无统计学意义（P＞0.05），有可比性。

1.2 方法

研究组患者在3餐后30 min内服用1粒复方消化酶胶囊，3 次/d，疗程为5周，对比组患者在3餐后30 min内服用5 mg的莫沙必利片，3次/d，疗程为5周。……
