匹多莫德治疗小儿呼吸系统反复感染的临床分析

【摘要】目的对小儿呼吸系统反复感染应用匹多莫德治疗的临床效果进行分析研究。方法选取于2013年5月～2015年1月在我院接受治疗的小儿呼吸系统反复感染患儿112例，并1：1随机分为对照组和实验组各56例，对分别应用常规治疗和加用匹多莫德治疗的效果进行观察并比较。结果实验组患儿的治疗总有效率高于对照组［92．86% vs． 71．43%］，咳嗽、肺部啰音以及发热时间等临床症状消退时间均短于对照组，再次感染次数少于对照组，平均感染病程短于对照组，组间差异经t检验，有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论小儿呼吸系统反复感染应用匹多莫德治疗的临床效果十分理想，能够使患儿的临床症状快速缓解，对降低复发率以及缩短病程具有至关重要的作用。

Objective Clinical effect of pidotimod medication in treatment of children patients with repeated respiration infection is to be studied and analyzed．Methods Chose 112 children patients with repeated respiration infection who were treated in hospital from May 2013 to January 2015 and separated them into control group and study group randomly according to 1：1 ratio with 56 patients in each group，and then compared and compared conventional treatment effect to pidotimod medication effect between two groups． Results Patients’ treatment efficacy in study group was much higher than that in control group ［92．86% vs．71．43%］，and it took less time for patients’ clinical symptoms of cough，rales and fever to relieve in study group compared to counterparts in control group，besides，patients’ repeated infection times are less and their infection degree on average was lighter in study group，there was a treatment differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P＜0．05）． Conclusion Pidotimod medication is effective in treatment of children patients with repeated respiration infection，it is conducive to relieving patients’ symptoms quickly，which is important to reduce illness reoccurrence and shorten treatment course．

小儿呼吸道感染这种儿科疾病在临床上具有很高的发病率，小儿患者的自身抵抗力较弱以及身体组织机能尚未发育完全等多种因素的影响，导致临床治疗工作的难度增加，再加上反复感染，对儿童的身体健康更是造成了严重的威胁［1］。本院在对2013年5月～2015年1月收治的小儿呼吸系统反复感染患儿治疗时应用匹多莫德，取得了理想的效果，现报道如下。
