正畸牵引治疗不同年龄上颌埋伏阻生尖牙患者的临床分析

【摘要】目的 探讨正畸牵引治疗不同年龄上颌埋伏阻生尖牙患者的效果。方法 抽选上颌埋伏阻生尖牙患者68例并以患者年龄阶段不同而分为两组，两组患者均实施正畸牵引治疗，对比两组患者治疗效果差异。结果 观察组治疗有效率93．9%；对照组治疗有效率74．3%。对比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。观察组平均治疗时间（8．1±2．4）个月。对照组平均治疗时间（13．3±3．2）个月，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论 青少年上颌埋伏阻生尖牙患者实施正畸牵引治疗的效果比成年患者效果更好。

Objective To investigate the effect of orthodontic treatment of impacted maxillary canines in different age patients with． Methods Decimation maxillary ambush impacted maxillary canines were 68 cases and to patients age different and divided into two groups，two groups of patients received orthodontic traction treatment，compared two groups of patients with treatment effect differences． Results The effective rate of the observation group was 93．9%，and the effective rate of the control group was 74．3%． The difference was significant（P＜0．05）． The average treatment time of observation group（8．1±2．4）months，the average treatment time（13．3±3．2）was significantly different（P＜13．3）． Conclusion Adolescent impacted maxillary canines is better than the effect of orthodontic treatment for adult patients with the effect of the implementation．

上颌埋伏阻生尖牙是当前临床较为常见的一种牙齿畸形疾病，患者病发原因较为复杂且治疗难度较高［1］。本次研究将探讨正畸牵引治疗不同年龄上颌埋伏阻生尖牙患者的效果，报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 临床资料

抽选我院2013年1月～2014年2月收治的上颌埋伏阻生尖牙患者68例为研究对象，以18岁为界限，依据患者年龄不同而将其分为观察组（33例）与对照组（35例）。观察组患者中男17例，女16例，年龄12～18岁，平均（15.5±2.3）岁；对照组患者中男18例，女17例，年龄20～32岁，平均（25.8±3.1）岁。本次研究经过我院伦理委员会批准，患者及家属均知晓本次研究并签署知情同意书，两组患者性别差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。

1.2 治疗方法

患者均给予正畸牵引治疗，首先医生使用相应的手术器械拓展患者埋伏阻生牙齿的附近区域，针对牙间隙不足的患者给予牙齿拔除，保证患者牙列整齐的同时保证阻生牙齿拥有充足的生长区域；……
