标准化护理管理资料在神经外科护理管理中的建立与应用

【摘要】目的 归纳神经外科中建立标准化护理管理资料的具体措施，并对其具体应用价值予以评价。方法 详细整理神经外科的各项临床资料及科研资料，按条目进行归类。不同资料按照相同的格式进行书写，确保内容详尽。结果 资料整理结果良好，符合标准化建立要求，提高了神经外科资料的使用效率。结论 标准化护理管理资料的建立需要实用、科学的措施，这对神经外科资料整理的质量改进具有良好效果。

Objective Neurosurgery induction of specific measures to establish a standardized nursing management information，and be evaluated for its specific application. Methods Detailed finishing the neurosurgery clinical data and scientific information，classified according to the entry，different data were written in the same format，to ensure detailed content. Results The data compilation good results，in line with the establishment of standardization requirements，improve the efficiency of neurosurgery information. Conclusion Standardized nursing management information required to establish practical and scientific measures，which the quality of data compilation neurosurgery improved with good results.

护理管理资料是医院各科室护理工作的重要指导依据，也是对阶段内科室护理理念及措施的执行情况、护理人员信息以及相关护理工作内容进行总结和评估的一种重要方式［1-2］。为了进一步提高我院护理管理资料的规范性和利用性，我院各科室均对护理管理资料的建立提出了更高的要求，以期实现护理管理资料的标准化［3］。文中对我院神经外科建立标准化护理管理资料的具体措施及相应结果进行了总结归纳，希望为相关工作人员提供有价值的参考。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

我院于2013年进行了三甲复审，护理部按照复审要求对各科室的文本资料进行规范。我科按照护理部的要求着手进行护理管理资料的标准化建立工作，分别对科室护理工作的手册、记录本、卷宗进行了资料内容的重新收集与整理。……
