摘 要：大学生群体是高自我价值、高文化和高智商的群体，但当他们在就业过程中遭遇挫折和挑战的时候，心理的冲击和压力会很大，这就形成了心理问题。针对“黄金十年”后煤炭企业的发展进入一个相对困难时期的现状，分析了安全工程矿山方向大学生就业现状及原因，指出了矿山安全大学生就业过程中存在的一些心理问题，提出了矿山安全毕业生就业心理问题调适和提高就业的措施。

Abstract： College students have high self-esteem， good education and high IQ. But when they encounter setbacks and challenges， they will suffer more psychological conflicts and stress， which in turn may result in their psychological problems. Based on the current situation of coal industrys entering a hard period after “the golden ten years”， this paper analyzes the current employment of the safety engineering majors and the contributing factors， points out some psychological problems during their process of job hunting， and proposes some measures for safety engineering majors to adjust their psychology and measures to improving employment.

我国的高等教育已经从“精英教育”开始转变为“大众教育”[1]，每年的高校毕业生不断增加，尽管高校的扩招为广大的学生提供了更多的接受大学教育的机会，但这也同时导致更多的大学生同时就业，形成激烈竞争，学生的就业压力大，也出现了一些心理问题[2]。

在煤炭领域，各大矿业集团正在面临着困境[3，4]。根据中国煤炭工业协会2013年7月发布的《关于上半年煤炭经济运行情况的通报》显示：受到全球金融危机、国际煤炭市场以及国内经济结构调整等因素的影响，2012年以来，我国煤炭市场出现了产能过剩的态势。通报还预测，在未来一定时期内，煤炭行业所受到的压力还将进一步加大。随着各大矿业集团经济效益严重下滑，在就业过程中，安全工程专业矿山方向（以下简称“矿山安全”）毕业生所遇到的困难逐渐增大，所出现的心理问题也开始显现。
