摘 要 随着我国经济水平的不断发展，市场对技能型人才的需求正在不断提高，技能型人才备受现代众多企业欢迎，这种发展趋势使得现代职业院校的招生率日益攀升。但是，在职业院校的教育中，传统的教育模式已无法应对现代社会对人才技能的需求，学生在学习的过程中也无法将所学知识很好地运用于实际操作当中，技能操作范围有限，使得我国真正的技能型人才出现了匮乏现象，而在国外，许多职业院校都已开始实施现代学徒制教育模式，这种教育模式能够有效地完善职业教育模式中的不足之处，为学生提供更多的实践途径，对此，本文对职业教育中现代学徒制的教育模式展开探索。

Abstract As China's economy continues to develop the level of market demand for skilled personnel is increasing， many skilled personnel into a modern enterprise hottest talent， this trend makes enrollment modern vocational institutions escalating， but in occupation educational institutions， the traditional mode of education has been unable to cope with the demands of modern society technical skills， students in the learning process can not be fully applied to the knowledge of which the actual operation， limited operating range of skills， making China the real lack of skilled personnel appeared phenomenon， and in foreign countries， many vocational colleges have started implementing modern apprenticeship education mode， this mode of education can effectively improve vocational education model deficiencies， to provide students with more practice way， this paper carried out exploration in accordance with the modern apprenticeship vocational education mode of education.

1 技能型人才的内涵和特征

所谓技能型人才，就是把成熟的技术和理论应用到实际的生产、生活中的人才。技能型人才共需要经过三个阶段：第一个阶段是基础专业，第二个阶段是职业阶段，第三个阶段是事业阶段。现代企业的产品生产、技术操作等重要人员都来自技能型人才，这些技能型人才不仅要具备一定的技能，还要具备一定的专业知识，由此可以看出，技能型人才是一种全面型人才，其具备知识与技能相结合的特征，是现代企业以及市场需要的人才。技能型人才与其它类型人才的区别在于，技能型人才更注重实际技能操作，并能够运用所学专业知识来完成技能的实施。……
