摘 要 信息社会的快速发展以及现代传媒技术等的突飞猛进，高校核心价值观教育实现了从“主体性”教育向“主体间性”教育的发展变化。主体间性理论强调教育者和教育对象双方的平等主体地位，提倡互动交往、沟通交流，关注参与主体在相互尊重和理解基础上的平等对话，为高校核心价值观教育提供了新的思路。本文尝试从主体间性理论的视角，探索其在高校核心价值观教育中的应用，为进一步促进新的时代背景下高校思想政治教育工作提供一定的参考。

Application of Intersubjectivity Theory in

University Core Values Education

Abstract As China's economy continues to develop， the level of market demand for skilled personnel is increasing， highly skilled personnel of many modern businesses welcome， this trend makes enrollment modern vocational colleges escalating. However， vocational education institutions， the traditional mode of education has been unable to cope with the demands of modern society for technical skills， students in the learning process can not be applied what they have learned a good practice among the skills to operate a limited range， making China the real emergence of lack of skilled personnel phenomenon， and in foreign countries， many vocational colleges have started implementing modern apprenticeship education mode， this mode of education can effectively improve the vocational education model deficiencies for students provide more practical approach， this paper carries out exploration on educational model for vocational education modern apprenticeship.

伴随着媒介信息技术日新月异的发展，网络等新媒体促使信息的传递和接收方式日益多元化，教育者在核心价值观教育实践活动中的主体地位逐渐弱化，高校核心价值观教育需要及时作出创新变革。主体间性教育理论顺应信息社会的发展潮流，克服了传统的主体性教育模式的缺陷，为我们当前的核心价值观教育实践提供了新的范式。

1 主体间性教育理论的内涵及发展

思想政治教育理论经历了从“主体性”思想政治教育向“主体间性”思想政治教育的沿革过程。传统的“主体性”（Subjectivity）教育模式过分强调主体的优先性和至上性，在教育实践过程中，作为教育者的教师高高凌驾于教育对象（学生）之上，教育对象（学生）是被改造的对象，其能动性、自觉性及创造性被无视，形成“教育者（教师）——教育对象（学生）”的单一模式，这种不平等的关系模式严重制约了思想政治教育的效果。……
