混合痔外剥内扎术后联合自拟苦参汤熏洗治疗的临床疗效

[摘要]目的研究混合痔外剥内扎术后应用自拟苦参汤熏洗的临床治疗效果。方法整群选择该院2013年1月—2015年1月收治的混合痔外剥内扎术患者240例随机分为观察组与对照组，对照组术后予以高锰酸钾溶液熏洗坐浴，观察组予以自拟苦参汤熏洗坐浴，对比两组的治疗效果。结果术后3 d、7 d，观察组的VAS评分与水肿程度评分均显著低于对照组（P< 0.05）；观察组的切口愈合时间显著短于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组的并发症发生率为0.83%，显著低于对照组的12.50%（P< 0.05）。结论混合痔外剥内扎术后配合中药苦参汤熏洗能够减少术后并发症，减轻切口水肿及肛门疼痛，促进切口愈合，提高临床疗效，值得推广应用。

Abstract[]Objective To study the clinical effect of fumigation and washing with self-made kushen decotion after external dissection and internal ligation for mixed hemorrhoid.Methods 240 patients with mixed hemorrhoid who were admitted to our hospital from January 2013 and January 2015 were randomized to undergo fumigation and washing with potassium permanganate solution (the control group) and with self-made kushen decotion(the observation group) after external dissection and internal ligation for mixed hemorrhoid.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results The VAS score and edema score 3d and 7d after treatment were all significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group（P<0.05）; the wound healing time was significantly less in the observation group than in the control group（P<0.05）; the complication rate (0.83% vs 12.50%) was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion Fumigation and washing with selfmade kushen decotion combined with external dissection and internal ligation for mixed hemorrhoid can, with higher clinical efficacy, reduce the complication, incision edema and anal pain, improve the wound healing, therefore it is worthy of promotion.

混合痔是临床常见钢厂疾病之一，主要是由于肛门齿状线上下部位静脉丛出现静脉曲张，内外痔之间相互沟通相连成为一个整体[1]。外剥内扎术是目前临床治疗混合痔的常用手术方式之一，但术后存在创缘水肿、肛门疼痛以及创面渗血等并发症。该研究整群选择该院2013年1月—2015年1月收治的混合痔外剥内扎术患者240例作为研究对象，对外剥内扎术治疗混合痔患者在术后应用自拟苦参汤熏洗，获得了较为满意的效果，现报道如下。
