Ahmde青光眼引流阀治疗新生血管性青光眼的临床疗效探讨

[摘要]目的探讨Ahmde青光眼引流阀治疗新生血管性青光眼的临床疗效。方法整群选取2011年3月—2014年3月该院收治的52例（52眼）新生血管性青光眼患者作为研究对象，采用Ahmde青光眼引流阀植入术治疗，观察临床疗效。结果手术成功率较高，总成功率可达90.38% (47/52)；术后患者的最佳矫正远视力、眼压、周围前房深度较术前有明显改善，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；术后并发症少。结论采用Ahmed青光眼引流阀植入术对新生血管性青光眼进行治疗有效，安全性较高，术后并发症少，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract[]Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Ahmed glaucoma drainage valve in the treatment of new vascular glaucoma.Methods 52 patients (52 eyes) with neovascular glaucoma admitted to the hospital between March 2011 and March 2014 were selected as the research object.They were treated with Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation, and the clinical efficacy was observed.Results The successful rate of the surgery was 90.38%(47/52); after surgery, the best corrected distance visual acuity, intraocular pressure and limbal anterior chamber depth were all better than that before surgery with statistically significant differences, P<0.05; there were few complications.Conclusion Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation is worthy of promotion in the treatment of neovascular glaucoma due to its good effect, high safety and less complications.

新生血管性青光眼(neovascularglaucoma,NVG)为常见的难治性青光眼之一，其主要的体征为虹膜及房角出现大量新生血管，眼压急剧升高，患者主观表现为视力严重下降，眼部剧烈疼痛。多见于糖尿病继发的视网膜病变以及高血压导致的视网膜中央静脉阻塞。如不及时进行治疗，患者将会有失明的危险。因此，对于新生血管性青光眼的有效治疗成为当今眼科医生重点关注的方向。该研究整群选取2011年3月—2014年3月间52例新生血管性青光眼患者为研究对象，对新生血管性青光眼患者施行Ahmde青光眼引流阀植入术，临床效果良好，现报道如下。
