豫中烟区烤烟品种NC89化学成分年度间变化分析

摘要:采用统计分析方法,以河南省许昌市为例,对豫中地区2003~2012年烤烟品种NC89的C3F初烤烟叶样品主要化学成分含量变化进行了测试分析。结果表明,NC89的化学成分含量在不同年份间存在广泛的变异,总糖、还原糖、淀粉、蛋白质、烟碱、总氮、钾、氯含量及糖碱比、氮碱比、钾氯比达到了极显著差异,两糖比差异不显著。12个化学成分指标中,钾氯比、糖碱比的变异较大,总氮含量、氮碱比和两糖比的变异较小。两糖比稳定,糖碱比较低,氮碱比低于1,但钾含量偏低,钾氯比不协调。

Annual Variation of Chemical Components of Flue-Cured Tobacco Varieties

NC89 in Central Henan

Abstract: The variation of chemical components content of C3F flue-cured tobacco samples of NC89 between 2003 to 2012 in Xuchang city of Henan province was statistically analyzed. The results showed that there were significant differences between contents of total sugar, reducing sugar, starch, protein, nicotine, potassium, chlorine, the ratio of total sugar to nicotine and the ratio of total nitrogen to nicotine among different years while no significant difference in the content of the ratio of reducing sugar to total sugar. The variation coefficients of total nitrogen, the ratio of total nitrogen to nicotine and reducing sugar to total sugar were small. The variation coefficients of total nitrogen, the ratio of potassium to chlorine and the ratio of total sugar to nicotine were high. Overall, the ratio of reducing sugar to total sugar was stable; the content of potassium and the ratio of total sugar to nicotine was low; and the ratio of total nitrogen to nicotine was smaller than 1; but the potassium content was low and ratio of potassium to chlorine was uncoordinated from NC89.

河南省烟区特别是豫中烟区的纬度和土质与美国烤烟圣地弗吉尼亚州相同,与北卡罗莱纳州相近;当地的光照、气温、水等自然资源特别适宜烟草(Nicotiana tabacum L.)生长,这里的自然生态条件造就了豫中烟区不可替代的浓香型烟叶风格。NC89是美国北卡罗莱纳州育成的烤烟品种,1982年从中国农业科学院烟草研究所引入河南省,成为河南省20世纪80~90年代的主栽品种[1];其烟叶浓香型特征突出,烟叶色泽鲜亮,油分充足,香气浓郁,是河南省具有典型浓香型特色的烤烟品种[2]。30多年来,NC89仍然保持着其浓香型特色,至今仍作为河南省浓香型烤烟新品种选育的对照品种;这不仅受地域特色的影响,也与品种自身特性密切相关。目前有关不同措施对烤烟NC89品质的影响[3-5]、豫中烟区烤烟化学成分[6-8]等方面的研究已有不少报道,而针对豫中烟区烤烟NC89化学成分的研究还鲜见。……
