摘 要：目的：针对临床医学专业本科留学生全英文教学问题，提出解决对策。方法：学校广泛宣传合作，提升留学生生源质量；强化全英文特色，向国际化靠拢；加强教师与留学生的互动交流，提高课堂授课水平，编写适宜教材并不断完善教学评估机制。结果：留学生对基本理论、基本操作的掌握，临床资料收集能力，分析问题能力显著提高，同时，留学生对教师授课能力及教学满意度明显提高。结论：留学生教学作为学校教学工作的重要内容，大大推动了教师教学水平的提高，同时带动了师资建设和学科建设。对留学生教学的教法研究也有利于本国学生的教学改革。

Full-English teaching problems and countermeasures of clinical medicine specialized international undergraduate students

Abstract： Object： Set forward the countermeasures to the full-English teaching problems of clinical medicine specialized international undergraduate students. Methods： Our university heightened wide propagation and cooperation to improve the quality of international student source and strengthened the full-English teaching to get close globalization. The teachers enhanced the communication and interaction with overseas students， stressed teaching techniques to raise teaching effect， self-compiled teaching material and perfected the teaching evaluation mechanism. Result： The comprehensive ability and examination performance of international

students have been significantly improved. Meanwhile， international students satisfaction to teacher has been obviously raised. Conclusion： As the important teaching work of our university， the international undergraduate student teaching not only improves greatly the teaching level of our teachers， but also drives our teachers construction and discipline development.

来华留学教育在提高我国软实力的进程中发挥着重要作用，也是当前我国教育走向世界，建设世界一流高水平大学的重要途径。留学生数量的多少、层次的高低成为衡量一所高校国际交流水平的一项重要指标。近年来，来华留学生的规模不断扩大，成为来华留学生群体中除语言类别外的第一大群体，并呈逐年增长态势。提高医学英语授課水平，提升教学效果及留学生质量，任务十分紧迫。但目前我国来华留学生临床医学教学国际化水平还不够高，教师英语授课能力还不够强，在留学生全英文教学中尚存在较多的问题，作者根据自身在华中科技大学同济医学院从事来华留学生医科教育的经验，总结了其中存在的典型问题，并提出了相应的解决思路。……
