摘 要：目的：探讨经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）治疗良性前列腺增生的护理方法和经验。方法： 回顾我科2011年5月～2013年10月52例行经尿道前列腺电切术患者的护理方法。结果：52例患者均手术成功，无术后严重并发症发生。结论： 良好的护理是保证和提高经尿道前列腺电切术手术成功率至关重要的一环。

Abstract：Objective To discuss nursing care experience and methods on benign prostate hyperplasia patients treated with transurethral resection of the prostate（TURP）. Methods Retrospective study on nursing care experience and methods on 52 patients with benign prostate hyperplasia treated with TURP between 2011.5 and 2013.10.Results The surgical treatments were successful done and there were no serious complication among all patients.Conclusion Earnest nursing care played an important role in guaranteeing and improving success rate of TURP.

良性前列腺增生（Benign prostatic hyperplasia， BPH）是引起老年男性泌尿系统梗阻最常见的疾病，发病年龄在50岁以上，且发病率随年龄增加而增高。随着我国社会人口的老龄化，良性前列腺增生患者明显增多，经尿道前列腺电切术（Transurethral resection of the prostate， TURP）已被公认为是治疗良性前列腺增生的金标准。与传统手术相比，TURP具有创伤小、术后无切口、病程短、恢复快等优点，但其术后仍有可能发生各种并发症。2011年5月～2013年10月有52例良性前列腺增生患者在我科接受了经尿道前列腺电切术，现将护理体会总结如下。

1.临床资料

本组患者52例，年龄58～80岁，平均72岁，病程1～10年，平均3.2年，术前均经肛门指检，B超及前列腺特异性抗原检查确诊。

2.结果

52例患者均手术成功，均于术后4～6天拔除三腔导尿管，拔除导尿管后均可自行排尿且顺畅，无术后严重并发症发生，住院时间为7～14天，平均9天，出院后随访0.6～1年无复发。

3.护理

3.1 术前护理及准备

术前护理的重点是全面评估患者身体状况，做好必需的术前准备，纠正患者存在或潜在的生理、心理障碍，加强术前指导，提高患者对手术和麻醉的耐受能力，降低手术的危险性。……
