摘 要： 祖国医学是我国优秀文化遗产中一颗璀璨的明珠，作为一名医学生，理应了解掌握祖国医学的基本常识与理论。在西医院校中，如何利用有限的课时为学生开启一扇探索祖国医学宝库的大门，是中医教学工作中的重要课题。本文作者结合中医教学实践中的体会，提出从端正态度、因材施教、激发兴趣、改变教学方法等方面突破中医传统教学模式，顺应时代要求，使中医学在新的历史环境中求得生存与发展。

Reflections on the teaching of basic Chinese Medicine

Abstract： Traditional Chinese medicine is the outstandingcultural heritage of our country a bright pearl， as a medical student， should understand the basic knowledge and theory of master of traditional Chinese medicine. In the west the hospital school， how to use the limited timeto explore the Chinese traditional medicine opens a door for students， is an important topic in Chinese teaching.Experience of Chinese medicine in the teaching practiceof the author， the correct attitude， teach students in accordance with their aptitude， stimulate interest，changing teaching methods， break through the traditionalteaching mode， comply with the requirements of the times， learn to survive and develop in the new historicalenvironment of Chinese medicine.

中医学作为我们祖国的传统医学，是我国优秀文化遗产中一颗璀璨的明珠，历代医家在长期的医疗实践过程中，总结人民同疾病作斗争的经验和智慧，逐步形成了中医药学独特的理论体系和丰富的治法，至今，中医以其简便、應验、低价的特点在我国卫生保健事业中仍然发挥着不可替代的重要作用。作为一名医学生，理应掌握祖国医学的基础知识和基本理论，以适应新形势下医疗卫生事业对卫生技术人才的基本要求。

目前，在西医院校的课程设置中主要是以西医学为主的现代医学，中医课时的安排是相当有限的，如何利用有限的课时为学生开启一扇探索祖国医学宝库的大门，是中医教学工作中的重要课题。本人在教学实践中有以下几点体会，在此提出，与同道共探讨。

1 端正态度，正确认识中医学。

长期以来，社会上存在着有关中医“落后论”、“淘汰论”和“不科学论”等思想，这必然会使学生对中医药学产生怀疑的态度，因此在中医教学中端正学生的学习态度是首要任务。……
