[摘要] 目的 探讨木香顺气丸加减联合草酸艾司西酚普兰片治疗抑郁症的临床效果。 方法 选取本院2011年12月～2014年2月诊治的抑郁症患者116例，采用数字随机法分为两组，58例患者采用草酸艾司西酚普兰片治疗为对照组，58例患者采用木香顺气丸加减联合草酸艾司西酚普兰片治疗为观察组，采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评定抑郁状况，采用世界卫生组织生活质量量表（WHOQOL-BREF）评定生活质量，比较两组患者的抑郁情况、生活质量、治疗效果、不良反应情况。 结果 治疗后，两组患者HAMD评分均显著下降，而生活质量评分均明显增加。观察组患者HAMD评分、不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组，观察组患者生活质量评分、总有效率均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论 木香顺气丸加减联合草酸艾司西酚普兰片是治疗抑郁症的有效方法，可明显改善患者的抑郁状况，显著提高患者的生活质量，不良反应少且安全性高，值得临床推广使用。

Clinical research of Muxiang Shunqi pill combined with escitalopram oxalate tablets in treatment for depression

[Abstract] Objective To investigate clinical effect of Muxiang Shunqi pill combined with escitalopram oxalate tablets in treatment for depression. Methods 116 patients with depression were selected in hospital from December 2011 to February 2014, who were randomly divided into two groups. 58 patients treated escitalopram oxalate tablets as control group. 58 patients treated Muxiang Shunqi pill combined with escitalopram oxalate tablets as observation group. Depression was evaluated by Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD). Quality of life was evaluated by WHO quality of life scale (WHOQOL-BREF). Depression, quality of life, therapeutic effect, adverse reaction were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, HAMD score significantly decreased while quality of life score significantly increased in two groups. HAMD score, incidence of adverse reactions in observation group were significantly lower than control group. Quality of life score, total effective rate in observation group were significantly higher than control group. Differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Muxiang Shunqi pill combined with escitalopram oxalate tablets is effective method in treatment for depression, which can significantly improve depression status and quality of life. That has less adverse reaction and high safety, which is worthy of clinical use.
