摘 要 目前我国大学生幸福观培养形成了共同运作的两个系统：思想教育系统和行政管理系统。其途径则包括思想政治课堂教育、心理健康教育和理财教育、开展体验幸福实践活动、提供各种服务与资助等。幸福观培养在取得很大成绩的同时，也存在一些突出的问题：对幸福观培养的重视度不足；幸福观培养创新不足，形式比较单一；忽视对一些特殊群体进行有针对性的幸福观培养。

A Research on Education of College Students' Sense of Happiness

Abstract At present Education of College Students' Sense of Happiness has formed two systems to work together： ideological education system and administrative management system. The approach includes ideological and political education， psychological health education and financial education， to experience the happiness of practice activities， providing various kinds of service and support. The concept of happiness education has made great achievements， there are some prominent problems： to cultivate the concept of happiness the insufficient attention； happiness education innovation， single form； neglect of some special groups targeted happiness culture.

幸福是指人類所特有的一种主观情绪体验，是在需求与愿望得到满足或实现之后的强烈愉悦感。幸福观则是人们对什么是幸福以及如何追求幸福等问题的系统性观念。对大学生进行幸福观教育不仅有利于他们正确认识幸福，积极应对困难与挫折，以饱满的热情和积极的心态投入到学习生活中，而且有利于构建社会主义和谐社会，促进社会文明进步。近年来，国内高校开展了对大学生的幸福观教育与培养，取得了巨大的成绩，但也存在一些突出的问题，必须引起我们的重视。

1 大学生幸福观培养的机制与途径

幸福观教育是个系统工程，包括家庭教育、学校教育和社会教育。其中，高校为大学生幸福观培养提供成长环境与直接教育，承担重要责任。目前，大学生幸福观培养的机制已经初步建立起来，形成了共同运作的两个系统：思想教育系统和行政管理系统。……
