摘要：分析了农村文化产业发展对于天津市文化产业整体发展的意义，介绍了天津市的农村文化资源和文化产业发展现状，总结了天津市农村文化产业发展存在的现实障碍：政府组织不力、人才缺乏、市场不健全等。最后提出当前天津市具有发展农村文化产业的有利条件，政府为文化产业发展提供了有力的政策支持、资金支持和市场支持，天津市的农村旅游文化产业、农村文艺表演产业和农村工艺品产业等将会蓬勃发展起来。

Current Situation and Development Trend of Tianjin Rural Cultural Industry

Ａｂｓｔｒａｃｔ: The significance of the development of cultural industries in rural areas for the overall development of the cultural industries of Tianjin was analyzed. The current situation of the rural cultural resources and cultural industries in Tianjin was introduced. The reality obstacles of cultural industries in rural areas of Tianjin was analyzed,it was weak governmental organizations, lack of talent, market was not perfect. The article suggested that the current Tianjin has favorable conditions for development of the rural cultural industry, and government provided strong policy support, financial support and market support to develop cultural industries. Rural tourism and cultural industries, rural theatrical performances industry and rural crafts industry would flourish.

中国共产党十七届六中全会审议通过了《中共中央关于深化文化体制改革、推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣若干重大问题的决定》。中央决定在未来的5年推动文化产业成为国民经济支柱性产业[1]，这为各省市文化产业的发展吹起了号角。而早在2010年，天津市政府印发了《天津市文化产业振兴规划》和《天津市第一批文化产业振兴重点工作计划》以加快天津市文化产业的发展。文化产业的发展不能仅仅局限在都市，已经有学者意识到农村文化产业应是整个文化创意产业的重要内容[2]。农村文化产业应该成为天津市文化产业的重要组成部分。农村文化产业是以市场为导向,以提高经济效益为中心,以农民创作和生产为主体,将地域性的传统历史文化资源转换成为文化商品和文化服务的现代生产[3]。依托天津市现有文化产业平台，整合农村文化资源，推进天津市农村文化产业的发展。……
