摘要：随着我国社会主义市场经济的发展，农村经济也在飞速发展之中，农村的生活水平在逐步地提升，农民的生活水准也在不断地得到提高。农民开始翻建房屋以改善居住条件。但由于村镇建设没有经过细致地规划管理，出现了很多新问题与矛盾。本文将从村镇建设出现问题的角度出发，研究应对策略以推进村镇的合理化建设。

当前，村镇化建设是我国社会主义现代化建设的重要内容及必经之路。“十一五”期间，我国村镇化建设去得了很大的进步与成果，但也出现了许多问题。在“十二五”期间，我们要采取有效措施对村镇化建设所产生的问题进行研究，找出产生问题的原因，并提出相应的应对之策。
