摘要：随着我国经济建设的发展，在不断推进市场经济改革的大背景下，我国电力安全管理的传统观念受到了冲击，特别是新经济体制下，电力行业在不断的实现电力网络通信技术的普及，这给电力安全管理带来了新的问题，新的挑战，对新经济体制下我国电力安全管理方法的探讨对我国实现经济的快速增长，保证电力能源的安全与稳定供应具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。

在新经济体制下，我国电力行业的安全发展成为了值得研究的重要课题，众所周知，经济的发展离不开能源的支持，而电力能源是一种重要的能源，电力行业能否快速健康发展对我国经济的平稳发展具有重要作用，电力行业在国名经济体系中扮演着非常重要的角色。随着我国从计划经济体制向市场经济的新体制的转变，电力行业的安全管理面临着更复杂的挑战。传统的观点认为电力企业在制定安全管理措施时多数情况将重点放在生产操作方面，但是在新经济体制下，对电力安全管理的内容不断的丰富，要实现电力安全管理的优化升级，要从传统的电力安全管理经验中解放出来，随着电力网络通信技术的发展，确保电力通信网的安全管理则已经成为电力安全的重要着力点。本文探讨了在新经济体制下，如何确保以电力通信网络管理的安全，并进一步分析新经济体制下电力安全管理的相关问题。……
