摘要 依据军队岗位任职教育的特点，结合实施办学转型工程的教学实践，提出培养创新实践能力的思路。在深化教改，发挥课内实践主渠道作用的基础上，多模式开展丰富的课外实践，对提高学员创新实践能力起到良好的作用。

Abstract According to the characteristic of army post education, combined with the implementation of the transformation project of teaching practice, put forward the train of thought of fostering the ability of innovation and practice. On the basis of deepening teaching reform to play a main channel of the curricular practice, multi-mode to carry out a wealth of extra-curricular practice, it will enhance students innovative practical ability to play good results.

任职教育一个突出的特点就是实践性，教学中必须注重应用能力与实践能力的提高，必须确立实践性教学的主导地位。培养和提高学员的创新实践能力，就成为大力推进任职教育改革与建设、培养适应岗位合格人才的重要工作。自2007年学校实施办学转型工程以来，在电子类任职基础教学中，逐渐形成课内课外教育联动、理论实践有机结合、教育引导和自我锻炼相补充的学员创新实践能力培养思路。在科学的人才培养理念指导下，既注重课内教育主渠道作用的发挥，又积极开展课外创新实践教育工作，促进学员创新精神的培养和实践能力的提高。

1 深化教学改革，充分发挥课内实践的主渠道作用

学员创新实践能力的培养离不开课内教育主渠道作用，结合人才培养计划，制定了不同层次、不同专业的课程标准，明确了每门课程中实验教学的比例，重新整合了电路、模拟电子技术、数字电子技术、高频电子线路和电子技术综合实践等课程的实验项目60余项，并依此改扩建了基础电路、模拟电路、数字电路、高频电路和电子制作实验室，为实践能力的培养搭建平台。……
