摘要：随着网络技术的不断发展和完善，使得传统意义上的教育有了突破时空限制的张力，引发了教育体制、教育观念、教育思想、教学模式、教学方法和教学内容的深刻变革。面对这种新的机遇与挑战，如何使每位学生都得到充分的发展，关键是教师应适应时代的要求，利用好网络教学资源环境，根据学生身心发展和学习的特点，构建科学合理的网络教学模式，从而培养学生“自主、合作、探究“的学习能力，实现对所学知识的再发现、再创造，实现思维的自主放飞，以适应信息化教育发展趋势。

Primary Teaching Strategies Explore the Network Environment

Abstract: With the continuous development of network technology and perfect, make the traditional education the breakthrough time and space constraints caused tension, educational system, educational idea, educational idea, teaching mode, teaching methods and teaching content reform. 教学策略是指在教学过程中，为完成特定的目标，依据教学的主客观条件，特别是学生的实际，对所选用的教学顺序、教学活动程序、教学组织形式、教学方法和教学媒体等的总体考虑。也就是说教学策略是在教学的过程中，各个环节所使用的指导思想和方法。教学策略的合理与否直接影响课堂教学效率，关乎每位学生在每堂课上能否学有兴趣、学有所得、学得快乐、学出意义。

“网络教学资源环境”是指以现代电教设备、校园局部网、多媒体网络课室以及能连接国际互联网的计算机网络等现代化信息技术为基础，以实现教材多媒体化、资源共享化、学习互助化、活动合作化、管理自动化、环境虚拟化的教育信息化环境。

基于网络环境下的教学是一种较高层次的教学，要坚决贯彻“以学生为主体，教师为指导”的方针，把培养学生的信息素养和信息处理能力作为教育的根本目标。……
