摘要：由于学生在知识能力、学习态度、学习方式、学习风格等方面总存在着较大的差异，传统的统一教学的方式已经不能满足教学需要。该文依据差异教学思想，从学生群体的各种差异进行分析研究，对计算机基础课程的教学内容方面进行了差异教学设计，以满足学生的学习需求，达到培养学生计算机应用能力、自主学习能力和解决问题能力的教学目标。通过实践和学生反馈来完善和论证差异教学思想的应用。

Abstract: Because the students in the ability of knowledge, learning attitude, the study way, the study style there are always obvious difference, the unity of the traditional teaching method cant meet teaching needs. This paper based on difference teaching thought, from the differences of students who studied and analyzed, and the university computer basis "for teaching content aspects difference teaching design, to meet the learning needs of students, to train the students computer application ability, independent learning ability and to solve the question ability of the teaching goal. Through the practice and student feedback to perfect and demonstrates the application of difference teaching ideas.

1差异教学的内涵及特点

差异教学的内涵是指在教学中充分关注学生的个体差异，根据学生个体差异设计和开展差异化的教学，满足学生的个别学习需要，实现学生各自的身心发展目标。

差异教学的特点是要求以“学生为中心”，以“服务于学生”作为教学的一个出发点，立足于有差异的群体，提供学习内容，过程和成果的多元选择，是全班、小组与个别教学的组合。差异教学既立足于学生的差异，又不消极的适应学生差异，而谋求创造种种条件，让每个学生的潜能都在原有的基础上得到充分发展。差异教学既看到学生的共性也看到学生的差异，提高所有受教育者的素质，培养既全面发展又具有个性的人才。差异教学中教师与学生是平等的，更强调发挥学生的主动性，更关注教如何更好的为学服务。
