摘要：职业教育是经济社会发展和教育的重要组成部分，而师资队伍水平是职业教育能够健康发展的重要保障，因此，良好的师资培养模式就显得尤为重要。对国外主要发达国家职业教育师资培养模式进行探析，旨在归纳出能够组建一支掌握了现代职业教育规律、团结稳定的高水平师资队伍的培养模式。

Analysis on Teacher Traning Mode in Vocational Education Powers

Abstract: Vocational education plays an important role in social development and education. And the high level of teacher training is an important guarantee for the healthy development of vocation education. Therefore, people began to attach great importance to the teacher training model. This paper analyzes the teaching training mode in developed countries and aims to find out a good training mode to equip the teachers with modern vocational education law, unity and stability.

1概述

职业教育对社会经济发展和科学技术进步有直接影响，在我国实施科教兴国战略、可持续发展战略和实现经济增长方式的根本转变中发挥重要作用。而师资队伍参差不齐，水平不高已经成为制约职业教育，尤其是高等职业教育大力发展最严峻、最突出的问题。因此研究和解决职业教育师资培养问题，是当前办好职业教育的当务之急。他山之石，可以攻玉，借鉴国外先进经验，是当前最为有效的解决之道。

2德国、美国及新加坡3国师资培养模式探析

职业教育，尤其是高职教育的目标是培养理论扎实、技术熟练、知识面广、管理能力强、善于协调的高技能应用型人才，而作为从事高职教育的师资队伍，应该是理论扎实、技能娴熟、行为师范的全能型人才。仔细分析研究国外先进职业教育师资培养模式，为今后结合我院地域特色和生源特点，走出一条适合我院动漫专业发展的师资培养之路，打下坚实的基础。
