摘要：在课程改革中，体育教师的作用是巨大的。没有教师或学生也就不会有课程改革。在校本课程开发中，教师处于极为关键的地位，教师是决定校本课程开发成败的重要因素之一。学校应随时关注体育教师的课程参与情况，鼓励体育教师主动参与课程决策和课程的改革实验。使他们积极反思自己的教学实践，为课程改革寻找动因，进而引导和促进体育教师的专业发展，使体育教师与课程建设与改革一起成长。

Abstract:In the process of P.E. Reform, P.E. teachers play a very important role. There wont be any reform of the course without the teachers and their students efforts. In the process of exploiting the Schools course, P. E. teachers work is extremely important which determines the result of it. School leaders should pay more attention to the teachers to see that to what degree the teachers have participated in the course. They also should encourage the teachers to participate in the decision-making process of the course and the experiments of the Course Reform. In order toaccelerate the development of the speciality and make the P.E. teachers as well as the course to become mature , they also need to help the teachers reflect on their own teaching practice and find out the motivation of the course reform.

体育课程改革，迫切需要把体育课程与教学作为一个有机整体加以综合考虑。如果仅仅站在体育课程的立场来设计课程改革而忽略体育教学改革的相对独立性，可能会失之偏颇，甚至严重脱离实际。同样，仅仅站在体育教学的立场谋划体育教学改革，又往往会看不出问题的本质，难以找到有意义的突改口和生长点。

学校体育课程能结合实际可打破传统的课程框架的束缚，也能极大的拓展了体育教师教育活动空间。就体育教师而言，校本课程改革其本质区别在于：“能够卸除束缚教师创造精神和创造才能的种种桎梏，正是这些未知边界的课程空间正待教师最大限度地去展现独特的、不可为他人所取代的教育智慧”^[1]。从这层意义上说，学校体育课程改革与建设无疑是对体育教师创造精神和创造才能的一次真正解放。……
